According to the latest news from the Ministry of Education,the number of applicants for the national entrance examination for master’s degree candidates in 2022 has reached 4.57 million,an increase of 800,000,or 21 percent,over the previous year.With the continuous development of the craze for postgraduate entrance examination,the national level of physical education entrance examination is also "rising tide",increasing from 260 points in2017 to 305 points in 2023.Researchers based on the daily findings of interdisciplinary physical education master students in study and life encountered different aspects of academic difficulties.At the same time,through literature review,it is known that many domestic experts and scholars have conducted in-depth research on the training mode of master of physical education postgraduates,but there are relatively few studies on the academic dilemma of interdisciplinary master of physical education postgraduates.Therefore,this study will investigate and analyze the academic difficulties of interdisciplinary master of physical education graduate students,aiming at attracting the attention of experts and scholars in related fields to the cultivation of interdisciplinary master of physical education graduate students,in order to provide reference value for constructing the cultivation mode of interdisciplinary master of physical education graduate students.This study is based on the constructivism learning theory and obtains research data through questionnaire survey and interview.Through data collation,the reasons for the academic difficulties of interdisciplinary physical education master students are analyzed in the following aspects: 1.Some sports interdisciplinary students have differences and utilitarian tendencies in cross-examination purpose and motivation.2.The theoretical foundation of physical education major is weak,and the thinking of physical education discipline is confused with the thinking of the major learned in undergraduate period;3.Cross-examinees’ research on sports-related issues stagnated in the learning process;4.The skill level of interdisciplinary sports master students is generally not high and their sports foundation is poor;5.Poor ability of professional practice party;Insufficient teaching skills.In order to solve the academic difficulties,the following suggestions are put forward: 1.In terms of improving oneself: 1.Establish the correct motivation for postgraduate entrance examination and improve the understanding of physical education.2.Give full play to subjective initiative and strive to consolidate professional foundation.3.Take the initiative to participate in improving scientific research ability.4.Arrange time reasonably and improve skills;5.Moderate participation in practice and full exercise of practical ability.2.In terms of the optimization of training institutions: 1.Strengthen the content of reexamination for interdisciplinary candidates.2.The school improves the curriculum.3.Communicate actively and seek personalized guidance from mentors.4.Make full use of network platform resources in classroom teaching.5.Strengthen professional practice guidance.
