The Curriculum Standards for Ethics and Rule of Law in Compulsory Education(2022 edition)clearly requires that the teaching of "Ethics and Rule of Law" should be continuously expanded on the basis of students’ daily life,and that the cultivation and development of students’ good moral quality should be promoted by creating different life situations.People junior high school "morality and rule of law" one of the auxiliary column "expand space" successfully in the teaching material theory knowledge and students’ real life to build a bridge,the purpose is to classroom knowledge to a wider field of life,expand students’ knowledge and ability,improve students’ moral cognition,enrich their moral emotion,to implement the students’ discipline core accomplishment,improve the teaching effectiveness is of great significance.However,there are still many problems in the actual teaching of "expansion column".How to effectively apply the column of "expanding space" to the teaching of "morality and the rule of law" in junior high school is the research and discussion topic of this paper.To this end,based on the second volume of Morality and the Rule of Law,this paper conducts an in-depth study on the 14 "expand space" columns in the textbook,mainly including the following four parts:The first part,junior high school "morality and the rule of law" textbook "expand space" column overview.Firstly,the connotation of "expanding space" column in the textbook;second,the 14 "expanding space" columns are divided into four types: discrimination,inquiry,sharing and practice;again,the characteristics of "expanding space" column,namely comprehensive,expansion,diversity and innovation;and finally,the purpose and function of "expanding space" through literature reading and textbook analysis.In the second part,according to the investigation and analysis of the application status of the application of "Expanding space" column in classroom teaching,we understand the results of the application of "Expanding space" column in the actual teaching process and discuss some existing problems.In the third part,take the second volume of grade nine as an example to optimize the teaching strategy of the column of "expanding space" in the textbook of "Morality and the Rule of law" in junior middle school.In the fourth part,taking a "expanding space" column in the second volume of "Morality and the Rule of Law" as an example,a lesson is selected according to the four types to discuss how to design and implement the "expanding space" column in the basic teaching link.
