| A strong country must first strengthen agriculture,and only by strengthening agriculture can the country be strong.Agricultural power is the foundation of socialist modernization development,and the development of agriculture and rural areas is related to the national economy and people’s livelihood.The prerequisite for the healthy development of agriculture is to have sufficient agricultural talents.However,with the continuous acceleration of China’s socio-economic development and urbanization process,the problems of rural hollowing out and aging population are becoming increasingly serious,and the scale of high-quality agricultural talents is relatively scarce.In order to promote the upward development of China’s agricultural and rural economy and better implement the rural revitalization strategy,various regions have carried out livelihood projects such as new vocational farmer training.Due to the late start of farmer training work in China,training work still needs to be continuously optimized and improved.Therefore,in order to actively ensure the protection of agricultural talents and expand the achievements of farmer training,it is of practical significance to conduct relevant research on the training performance of new vocational farmers.Anhui Province is a major agricultural province,and Feixi County is one of the top 100 counties in China.As a leader in the economic development of surrounding counties,it is of great significance to study the agricultural economy and farmer training performance of Feixi County.This article is based on human capital theory,lifelong education theory,and performance evaluation theory.By reviewing relevant literature at home and abroad,the research method and technical route of this article have been determined.It also analyzes the overall development overview of Feixi County and the current development status of industries such as agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry,and fishing.It summarizes the development process of farmer training work in Feixi County and the current training situation in recent years.Through questionnaire surveys and other methods,statistical analysis was conducted on the individual characteristics,family and social networks,training institutions and policies,training performance evaluation,and training needs of participating farmers.Based on the research of relevant scholars,a total of eight specific indicators were designed at four levels: reaction evaluation,learning performance,behavioral ability,and social effectiveness,combined with the Koch four level evaluation model,The entropy method was used to objectively assign weights and calculate the weights and evaluation scores of each indicator.The results showed that organizational management satisfaction and the degree of agricultural income improvement had a higher weight.To further analyze training performance,SPSS software was used to use the score of farmers’ training performance as the dependent variable Y.A multiple linear regression model was constructed using twelve independent variables,including individual characteristics,family and social networks,training institutions and policies.The results showed that there was a significant impact relationship between farmers’ age,education level,non agricultural employment experience,and training performance in different directions.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the previous research content,four specific countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to improve the performance of farmers’ training,including vigorously attracting outstanding agricultural talents,enriching course training content,optimizing training feedback mechanisms,and increasing agricultural policy promotion.This provides new development ideas for improving the performance of new vocational farmers’ training in the local area. |
