Since the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy was proposed at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the training of new vocational farmers has been highly valued and achieved remarkable results and been widely welcomed by farmers.Xunwu is not only a state-level poverty-stricken county but also a typical agricultural county.The proportion of rural population is more than 70% of county’s population.The loss of population and the shortage of high-quality farmers have been the key factors restricting the development of local economy for a long time.In recent years,through the new vocational farmers’ training,many high-quality farmers have been trained,which has played a positive role in the development of local agriculture.However,many surveys have found that the current new vocational farmers training is not targeted enough,and there is still room for improvement in the effectiveness of training.Based on this,this paper takes the implementation performance of farmers’ training in Xunwu as the research object,carries out the corresponding research from both theoretical and empirical perspectives,tries to explore the factors that affect the performance of new vocational farmers’ training,and puts forward corresponding solutions for promoting the development of training for local new vocational farmers.Based on the theories of human capital and performance,this paper reviews the existing research results of new vocational farmers training in detail,and puts forward the theoretical framework of new vocational farmers training performance research.Based on the investigation of new vocational farmers’ training in Xunwu,Jiangxi Province,this paper analyzes the performance of local new vocational farmers’ training by using SPSS25 statistical analysis software,descriptive statistical method,multiple linear regression model and Logistic regression model,discusses the factors that affect the training performance,and puts forward corresponding improvement suggestions.The specific research content include five parts:The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance of this paper,reviews the relevant literatures at home and abroad,explains the research objective and content,determines the research method and research framework and explains the innovation and deficiency.The second part mainly defines and studies the concepts and theories related to this paper.It defines the concept of new vocational farmer in detail,and studies the theory of human capital,which is the theoretical basis of empirical research.The third part is the investigation of the implementation of new vocational farmers training in Xunwu of Jiangxi Province.Through questionnaire survey,related literature sorting out,the detail of the new vocational farmers training in Xunwu and the training of farmers after the feedback opinions are understood,it summarizes the existing problems of new vocational farmers training in Xunwu.The fourth part,the empirical analysis of the new vocational farmers training performance in Xunwu,Jiangxi Province.On the basis of data in questionnaire,new vocational farmers training effect is evaluated from four aspects included adopting new technology,household agricultural income,degree of agricultural production and operation ability and organization.At the same time,its influence factors are respectively analyzed through using multiple linear regression model and a variety of Logistic regression model.The fifth part mainly summarizes the regression analysis results of training performance of new vocational farmers and puts forward the specific factors for the government and training institutions.The main conclusion is that the overall effect of the training of local new vocational farmers is good,but there is still room for improvement.The training performance of local new vocational farmers is mainly affected by household agricultural income,training service level,training mode,teacher satisfaction.In carrying out the training of new vocational farmers in Xinwu,it is necessary to optimize the training methods and service level according to the status,education level and age structure.At the same time,it is necessary to strengthen the positive demonstration effect of party members and village cadres,expand the feedback channels of farmers and fully understand the technical needs of farmers,so as to improve the implementation effect of the training of new vocational farmers.
