With the development of modern social economy and the awakening of consciousness,from the change of educational concept to the diversification of educational methods,children’s education has become particularly important in every family in China.There are many kinds of children’s educational products in the market.Popular science tourism,as another new experiential educational approach to comprehensively cultivate children’s comprehensive quality,promotes the dissemination of scientific and cultural knowledge to the public with the mode of "popular science+tourism" to achieve the purpose of entertaining and entertaining,and the demand is no less than that of physical children’s popular science educational products.Based on children’s perspective,this paper thinks about how to optimize children’s education and learning experience under the popular science tourism mode,integrates the experience design theory with the double diamond model theory,and summarizes the research process of experience design suitable for this topic.Taking popular science tourist destinations and school-age children as the research subjects,this paper makes a cross-sectional investigation and analysis.Through theoretical research,literature analysis,desktop research and case study,this paper comprehensively analyzes the educational nature of children in popular science tourist destinations;Through empirical research,the demand for children’s educational experience in the context of popular science tourism is summarized from two stages:systematic and targeted.In the stage of systematic research,the characteristics of users are summarized,users are investigated and positioned,and five types of user groups are clustered by using grounded theory tools.From the perspective of children’s educational experience,the research data are refined,and the key points of popular science brigade’s intervention in children’s education are obtained.In the targeted research stage,the experience process is constructed for different types of users,the pain points and opportunity points are analyzed,and 38 points of experience demand are extracted and summarized.The Kano model is used to analyze the demand priority,and seven principles of experience optimization are summarized:continuous feeling,immersion perception,step by step,active exploration,two-way promotion,communication output and emotional resonance.By systematically summarizing and integrating the research contents,this paper creates a new path and experience design strategy to optimize children’s educational experience under the popular science tourism model,which can guide the design of a set of popular science tourism educational experience system that fits children’s cognition.In terms of strategy,from the strategic level,this paper puts forward a circular experience path with three goals: "spreading the brand value of science and education,creating attraction","changing from passive input to active participation,shaping driving force" and "establishing user platform thinking and creating continuity".In terms of system,a comprehensive experience system with long-term emotional links,accurate access to educational services,task-driven interactive navigation,exchange and sharing,and incentive and re-creation as the main functional modules is established from the scope level.In principle,the design principles,methods and presentation forms of transforming the scientific and cultural content of popular science tourism resources into the carrier of children’s educational resources are put forward from the frame layer and the performance layer.Finally,the theory is APPlied to practice,and the output depends on the comprehensive education app of online and offline popular science tourism resources and the self-customized navigation system based on Beijing Botanical Garden,and the innovative path of children’s popular science education experience in Beijing Botanical Garden is constructed,which provides design ideas and reference directions for the scientific and educational functions of popular science tourism attractions.
