| Law is the product of class society,is the ruling class to maintain the status and interests of the tool.Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the international situation has become increasingly complex.With the development of our economy and society,the construction of rule of law has entered a new era.The rule of law is the basic way for the Party to govern the country.The rule of law education is not only the need for the comprehensive rule of law,but also the inevitable choice to cultivate the consciousness of rule of law.In order to meet the needs of the new era,we started a new round of curriculum teaching reform.High school ideological and political textbooks,which were put into use in autumn 2019,have added a lot of content on the rule of law,which has triggered discussions among many front-line political teachers.Among them,Political Life was changed to Politics and the Rule of Law,and a large number of rule of law contents were added to the new textbook.Therefore,it is necessary to study the content of rule of law in textbooks.Taking the writing of the rule of law in two textbooks,Political Life(2004)and Politics and the Rule of Law(2019),published by People’s Education Press as the research object,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the changes in the writing of the rule of law and the teaching response.This paper is mainly divided into the following six parts: the first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research reason,research significance,literature review,research design,core concepts,innovation and shortcomings of this paper.The second part briefly describes the compilation of ideological and political textbooks for high schools in China since the founding of New China,and analyzes the context of the times from Political Life to Politics and the Rule of Law from different perspectives such as reform and opening up,democratic politics,talent requirements,and educational reform.The third part focuses on exploring the writing changes of the rule of law content in Political Life and Politics and the Rule of Law,and makes a multi-dimensional comparison and analysis of the rule of law content in the two textbooks from the aspects of curriculum standard,content writing,arrangement form,auxiliary system and so on.There are the following changes: first,the new curriculum standards clearly put forward the cultivation of the consciousness of rule of law;second,the proportion of rule of law in quantity has increased significantly,covering more extensive content and writing more rational;third,the layout structure of teaching materials is more reasonable;fourth,the auxiliary system emphasizes the rule of law more.The fourth part,based on the analysis of the legal content of the old and new textbooks,discusses the characteristics of the changes from Political Life to Politics and the Rule of Law.The first part is to highlight the comprehensive rule of law,the second part is to highlight the cultivation of the core quality of the consciousness of rule of law.The fifth part is about the teaching response to the change in the writing of the rule of law from Political Life to Politics and the Rule of Law,including improving the rule of law literacy of teachers,enriching the rule of law teaching resources,selecting the method of rule of law teaching,optimizing the evaluation of rule of law teaching and improve the teaching environment for the rule of law.The sixth part is the conclusion,which summarizes this paper,analyzes the deficiencies of this paper and the prospect of future research. |
