| With the further implementation of the new college entrance examination,new textbooks and new curriculum reform,the senior high school physics class has also changed from the traditional teaching method that pays too much attention to the learning and teaching of knowledge to the advanced teaching that emphasizes the cultivation of students’ physical thinking and ability.In terms of physical thinking in the core literacy of physics discipline released in 2017,model construction has been formally included in one of the important indicators to measure students’ scientific thinking ability.Physical model is a conceptual model established by abandoning secondary factors while grasping main factors when studying and solving physical problems,which is an important tool as well as object for physics learning.Correctly understanding of physical model,reasonable construction and selection of appropriate physical models are the keys to learning and researching physics.The study of physics in senior high school,in the final analysis,is the study of mechanics.Therefore,the study of the application and construction of mechanical and physical models in senior high school classroom undertakes more practical significance.Through sorting and analyzing the literature and research results on scientific modeling at home and abroad,this paper summarizes and finds that the cultivation of students’ ability to apply and construct physical models has started relatively late and is not mature enough in China’s educational circle.What’s more,based on psychology and pedagogy,the paper obtains the basic principles of model application and construction teaching in high school physics classroom.Through the questionnaire survey and interviewing survey of the students in the first,the second and the third grade of Zhengzhou Experimental High School,this paper analyzes the difficulties of the students’ learning in the current physics teaching in the high school and it concludes the difficulties include the lack of interest in physics learning,learning motivation,poor basic knowledge as well as the physical system not being established yet.At the same time,in-depth interviews were conducted with the front-line teachers of the school’s physics group in order to learn about their experience and obstacles in teaching physics models in class.In view of the problems found in the questionnaire survey and interview survey,this paper puts forward the solution to the dilemma of applying and constructing the physical model in real physics class,and put the solution into practice.According to the survey,students can only use simple physical models,and their physical thinking is not flexible enough to accurately understand and the similarity between physical models so as to solve new problems.With the further deepening of the reform of the college entrance examination,the college entrance examination physics exercises has become more flexible and more closely related to real life.The traditional simple model exercises can no longer meet the need of the college entrance examination today,The key to solving the problem is to find the connection between the model and the situation,so as to construct similar class models independently.In order to develop students’ ability,this paper takes quasi-elastic collision and completely inelastic collision models as examples to carry out practical research on the application of model expansion,helping students find the relationship between models from the perspective of Newton’s laws of motion,energy and momentum,and then have students conduct independently modeling with the examples of "Dribble relay" games and ballpoint pens,and test the effectiveness of the research through students’ feedback and after-class exercises.The method proposed in this paper to improve students’ ability to apply models in classroom teaching through the comparison and connection between models and class models has certain feasibility and practical significance.In view of how to improve students’ ability to apply and construct models in high school physics classes,some methods are also put forward.These methods can deepen students’ understanding of physical models to a certain extent,effectively cultivate students’ physical thinking,and help students better carry out high school physics learning. |
