To this end,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on the Implementation of the Inheritance and Development Project of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture".On January 25,2017,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued and implemented the "Opinions on the Implementation of the Inheritance and Development Project of Chinese Excellent Traditional Culture",stating that by 2025,the development system of Chinese excellent traditional culture will be basically formed.At the same time,integrating excellent traditional music culture into current school art teaching is also an effort made by the Tibet Autonomous Region to respond to national policies based on the resource advantages of ethnic regions.Zhamu Nian is a Tibetan folk plucked instrument with a long history and profound cultural heritage.The author takes Zhamu Nian as one of the representatives of Tibetan ethnic musical instruments to deeply explore its development status in high school second classroom teaching,and puts forward personal suggestions and countermeasures for the actual problems in high school Zhamu Nian second classroom teaching.This study is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction section,which briefly elaborates on the research background,domestic and foreign research status,research significance,and research methods of this study.The second part is about the relevant concepts and theoretical background of the second classroom of the ethnic musical instrument Zhamu Nian.The main focus is on the historical culture,form construction,performance techniques,and classic works of Zhamu Nian instruments,and relevant literature research.The third part is the teaching plan for the second classroom of Zhamu Nian in the school,mainly elaborating on the teaching direction of Zhamu Nian’s second classroom.The content of the fourth part is based on the teaching practice of the second classroom of Zhamu Nian at Beijing High School in Lhasa,and comprehensively understands the teaching mode,teaching content,teaching methods,as well as teaching management and evaluation methods of the school’s Zhamu Nian second classroom through survey questionnaires and interviews.The fifth part is based on the current understanding of the problems in the implementation of the second classroom of Zhamu Nian in schools,analyzing and thinking from various aspects such as schools,teachers,textbooks,etc.,and proposing the teaching concept of inheritance,strengthening and expanding teachers’ professional abilities,and improving classroom teaching methods as the premise,to build a platform for students to practice musical instruments,Teaching suggestions and strategies for utilizing regional resources to form school-based curriculum and other high school students’ second classroom teaching.The author hopes to further optimize the direction and concept of local inheritance education of "Zhamu Nian" through this study,and propose effective countermeasures for practical teaching problems to provide reference theoretical data and teaching cases for future related research.
