| With the continuous development of society,the demand for talents is increasing day by day,which not only requires both ability and morality,but also puts forward new requirements for people’s ability,quality,individual character,and personality etc.In March 2020,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Secondary and Primary Schools in the New Era,and in July of the same year,the Ministry of Education issued the Guiding Outline of Labor Education in Universities,Secondary and Primary Schools(Trial),which clarified the goals of labor education and specific requirements for implementation.In 2022,the labor curriculum standards for the compulsory education stage appeared for the first time,and labor education became an independent course,no longer attached to the comprehensive practical activity course.Labor education is of great significance to cultivate talents who adapt to the development of the times.In the previous implementation of labor courses,labor education practical activities were rarely carried out in a formal and reasonable form,and most of them were cleaned up on campus sanitation or other punitive measures as labor education practice.As we all know,the educational value of labor education is not only to strengthen the body,but also to have the comprehensive educational value of cultivating morality,increasing intelligence,strengthening the body,and nurturing beauty.Therefore,this paper conducts research on the design of labor education practice activities and under the guidance of Marx’s theory of all-round development,the activity goal design,theme selection,content design,process design and evaluation design of labor education practical activities is guided.This study is divided into six parts:Part I,Introduction.First,the research background is elaborated.The main ones are the demands of the times for labor education to cultivate all-round development talents,the historical inevitability of the contemporary value of Marxist theory of all-round human development,the practical dilemma of labor education practice activity design,and the enlightenment of the labor curriculum standards of compulsory education in 2022;Second,literature review.A review of labor education and the design of labor education practices.Based on the combing of literature,summarizing experiences,and reflecting on the inadequacy,and further clarifying the design of labor education practice activities and the research thesis.Then,the theoretical basis of this study includes the Marxist theory of all-round human development,the constructivist learning theory,and Dewey’s "learning by doing" education theory.Finally,the purpose and significance of the research are clarified,and the research ideas and research methods such as case study method and in-depth interview method are clarified,to master the status quo of labor education practical activity design and guide activity design in the future.The second part is the interpretation of the design implications of junior high school labor education practical activities under the background of all-round development.This part mainly explains the relevant connotation mechanism of the design of junior high school labor education practice activities.First,several core concepts in this study are explained,including "all-round development" and "design of practical activities of junior high school labor education".Second,the characteristics of fusibility,completeness,openness,and comprehensiveness of the design of labor education practical activities are expounded.Third,responding the fundamental task of establishing virtue and cultivating talents,meeting the learning characteristics and growth environment of junior high school students,and guiding students to find life goals and career ideals of the design value of labor education practical activities are expounded.The activity design believes including striving for all-round development,focusing on the generation of labor literacy,paying attention to the integration of knowledge and action,and emphasizing the practice of educating people.The activity design adheres to the practical principle of students’ personal experience,the educational principle of unifying labor and education,the comprehensive principle of integrating the elements of each activity,and the guidance of the three-close principle of student development.Through the above elaboration,labor education teachers should establish a reasonable believes of labor education activity design,clarify the profound value of labor education activity design,understand the characteristics and principles of labor education activity design,and guide the theoretical boundary and practical style of labor education activity design in junior high school.The third part analyzes the design elements of junior high school labor education practical activities under the background of all-round development.The first is the objectives of the activity.It generally focuses on the core competences of labor education,emphasize the goals of the school section,and formulate specific labor goals for specific labor projects.The second is the main body of activities: students.The third is the theme content.The fourth is the activity process.The overall activity process revolves around the scenario setting stage,the activity preparation stage,the activity implementation stage and the activity reflection and evaluation stage.The fifth is the principle,method,and content of activity evaluation.Based on the analysis of the factors involved in the design of junior high school labor education practical activities enables labor education teachers to fully grasp the components of labor education activity design,to prevent these problems like lack of participation elements or subjects’ cognitive bias in activity design,and further guide activity design.The fourth part analyzes the status quo of the design of labor education practical activities in junior high schools.With the help of in-depth interview method and case analysis method,this part conducts in-depth interviews with 6 junior high school labor education teachers from 6 schools in Zunyi City,Guizhou Province,and selects 12 labor education practice activity case designs on the subject network,analyzes problems around the activity objectives,activity content,activity organization and implementation,activity evaluation and activity resource allocation,and investigates the reasons for the dereliction of duty of relevant subjects in labor education activity design and the failure of deep education believes such as values and principles in labor education activity design.Through the investigation of the status quo to know the current situation of labor education activity design in junior high school,provide basic premise for putting forward suggestions for optimizing activity design,and avoid it in activity design.The fifth part puts forward suggestions for the optimization of the design of junior high school labor education practice activities under the background of all-round development.Based on the theoretical analysis framework and status quo investigation of this study,there are some optimization strategies.It mainly contains unifying the form and substance of labor education to promote the all-round development of students;The tools of labor are unified with the field,so that the activity is open to all students;Unify the content with the organization,standardize the activity process etc.Through the above labor education activity design optimization strategies,to ensure formal and complete design and implementation of junior high school labor education activities.In the sixth part,the practical activities of junior high school labor education under the background of all-round development are designed and implemented.Based on the previous theoretical analysis,status quo investigation and optimization suggestions,this part designs a case of junior high school labor education practical activities with the theme of "beautifying the campus environment" it was implemented and achieved good results.The theoretical analysis framework of the design is further verified,and this paper provides a reference for front-line teachers to design labor education activities. |
