Colleges and universities are specialized institutions for training various types of specialized talents required for the development of the country and society.College students are specialized talents with good professional knowledge.With the continuous progress of human society,the social structure has different characteristics in different historical stages.At present,with the continuous change of the social situation,the academic development behavior of college students in response to the change of the external environment presents the phenomenon of "involution",which has become the current "popular word" after the fermentation of the Internet.It is an important subject for the theoretical research and practical work of moral education in colleges and universities to explore how to correctly deal with the phenomenon of college students’ academic "involution",scientifically reveal the realistic representation and underlying causes of this phenomenon,and put forward corresponding guiding strategies,so as to guide college students to establish a correct concept of struggle and avoid the negative impact of academic "involution".This study adopts the interview method to conduct in-depth interviews with college teachers and students directly related to the "internalization" of their studies.It follows the logical path of seeing through the essence of the phenomenon,analyzes and carries out research layer by layer.Since its emergence,"involution" has been used in many fields such as philosophy,sociology and economics,and there is still no standard definition.Scientific definition and understanding of the concepts of "involution" and "involution" of college students’ studies are the prerequisite for research.This study traces back to the origin of "involution",analyzes the evolution process of "involution" in multiple fields,and tries to define and classify the "involution" of college students’ studies in combination with the reality of college students’ academic development,further states the representative views held by the academic community on the phenomenon of "involution" of college students’ studies,and expounds the appropriate educational attitude.The present situation of college students’ academic "involution" is described,and on this basis,the representation analysis shows that there are cognitive and behavioral deviations in the actual representation of college students’ academic "involution" in the field of colleges and universities,which is a self-squeezing behavior situation.As an educational phenomenon commonly existing in college education,college students’ academic "involution" has various effects in different links and scenes.The study analyzes the positive and negative effects of college students’ academic "involution" from a dialectical perspective.By exploring the phenomenon of college students’ academic "involution",we can see that the formation and development of college students’ academic "involution" phenomenon are affected by factors such as the lack of focus on personal development goals,the pressure of peer pressure,the existence of adjustment space for the types and methods of talent training in higher education,the lack of reasonable education evaluation methods and the contraction of social resources under the impact of the epidemic.Aiming at the practical problem of "internalization" of college students’ studies,this paper puts forward different levels of educational guidance strategies from macro to micro.At the macro level,we should respond to the needs of the national development strategy,open up talent flow channels,follow the national development needs,promote the structural transformation of talent cultivation,release new employment patterns,promote the sustainable development of flexible employment,improve the vocational education system,and create a diversified talent development path.Rectify the unhealthy social atmosphere,rectify anxiety and trafficking,and promote the positive energy of struggle.At the middle level,we should correct the quality concept of higher education,improve the talent training programs at all levels,and promote the construction of multiple evaluation systems.At the micro level,we should give play to the family guidance function,relieve the pressure of academic development,avoid the "jiwa" mentality,make reasonable realistic expectations,and ease the anxiety of college students.College students should change their learning concepts,clarify their career plans,explore various forms of cooperative learning,break utilitarianism,and focus on self-development.
