"We must do a good job of educating the people to their satisfaction,carry out the fundamental task of standing up for the people,speed up the construction of a high-quality education system and promote educational equity," Xi stressed in his20 th annual report.As the key course to carry out the fundamental task of lide tree people,high school civics class should pay attention to every student in the classroom,all students can promote their ideological and political core literacy,play their due role in lide tree people,and promote the realization of educational fairness.However,in the current high school civics classroom,some students are marginalized,which will have a negative impact on the healthy growth of "marginal students’ ’and civics classroom teaching.The classroom can be regarded as an interactive ecosystem,and the principles and methods of ecology can be used to settle practical problems in teaching.The introduction of ecological perspective into education and teaching is conducive to revealing the interrelations of various factors in reality and phenomena,and helping us further understand and clarify teaching problems.Therefore,based on the teaching practice,this study focuses on the "marginal students" in the ideological and political class,and observes,considers and analyzes the classroom with the ecological concepts of harmony,symbiosis,interaction,openness and balance.On the basis of this understanding,we can see that the "marginal students" in the classroom is an important part of the classroom ecology,and their marginalization is not usually a personal initiative choice,but is more likely to be the result of the impact of the classroom elements.It is feasible to observe the "marginal students" in the whole classroom and transformation classroom from the perspective of classroom ecology optimization.How to effectively transform the "marginal students" is a question that the ideological and political educators should notice and adopt appropriate strategies.This study centers on the problem of "marginal students" in high school ideological and political class,which is divided into four parts:The first part: Define the concept of "marginal students" and "marginal students" in senior high school’s ideological and political class,and analyze some related concepts overlapping with "marginal students".The second part: Explain the ecological implication of the change of "marginal students" in high school ideological and political class,and think ideal state and the transformation method.The third part: Using questionnaire survey,interviewing method and observational method investigate and study the current situation of "marginal students".Through investigation,it is found that there are still some ecological imbalances in the classroom teaching of ideological and political education in senior high school.From the ecological perspective,this study analyzes the causes of "marginal students" in high school ideological and political class from four aspects:classroom environment,students,teachers and peers.The specific reasons are: the material and psychological environment of the classroom,the utilitarianism of teachers’ teaching aim,the imbalance of resources distribution,negative expectations,the influence of students’ own personality,the low enthusiasm for learning,the lack of discourse power,the formalization of group cooperative learning and the poor relationship between classmates.The fourth part: Based on the analysis of the formation reasons of "marginal students",the transformation strategy of "marginal students" is considered in combination with the concept,attitude and method of ecology,and the strategies are proposed from four aspects: creating a harmonious ecological classroom,optimizing the relationship between ecological subjects,breaking through the self-isolation prison and promoting cooperation and mutual assistance among students.The specific strategies are as follows: in the classroom environment,create the classroom material environment with The Times,create a positive classroom psychological environment;In terms of the relationship between ecological subjects,we should break cognitive bias,give fair care to teachers,attach importance to classroom dialogue,enhance classroom participation,carefully design teaching,show the charm of ideological and political courses,and actively listen to and channel negative emotions.From the perspective of "marginal students" themselves,correct learning motivation,establish classroom subject consciousness,learn to pay attention to ideological and political subjects,respond to concern;In the mutual help between students,dynamic grouping,strengthen cooperative learning,timely help,according to the situation.In order to improve the phenomenon of "ecological imbalance" in high school ideological and political classes,let high school ideological and political classes move towards system,harmony,diversity,symbiosis and sharing,so that "marginal students" return to the center of class,full of vitality,and healthy growth and development.
