The problem of students’ heavy homework burden has always been an important issue in the field of education concerned by all sectors of society.In recent years,the country has paid more attention to homework problems.With the "double reduction" work in full swing,primary and secondary school homework management has also made new breakthroughs.However,there are still many problems,such as the effect of workload reduction is not obvious,the content of homework is single,and the pertinence is weak.Primary school grades 3-6 are the key stage of students’ growth,and educators need to pay more attention to their growth.Homework is an important part of primary school education.Studying the problems in homework management in primary school grades 3-6 will help to better grasp the difficulties and key points in the process of homework load reduction,and provide more support for the promotion and implementation of the "load reduction" policy.This study focuses on homework management in grades 3-6 of primary school.On the basis of sorting out relevant documents and policies,it hopes to understand the current situation of homework management in grades 3-6 of primary school,find out the current problems,and explore the reasons behind them,so as to put forward suggestions to further improve the effectiveness of homework management.Combined with the actual situation,this study used questionnaire and interview methods to obtain relevant data,distributed questionnaires to primary school teachers in grades 3-6,recovered 255 valid questionnaires,and conducted indepth interviews with 12 class teachers.The study found that homework management in grades 3-6 of primary school has achieved certain results,students’ homework time has been significantly reduced,homework process management has been significantly optimized,teachers,schools and parents can actively participate in the process of homework quality improvement,and school homework system construction has also made certain progress.However,the study also found that there are still some problems in the homework management of primary school grades 3-6,which are embodied in the following aspects: the internal quality growth point of the main body has not been activated,the school homework process improvement is insufficient,and the homework system is weak.After in-depth analysis,the main reasons are as follows: insufficient consideration of the interests of the main body,insufficient driving force for school homework process management,and the school operation system falling into multidimensional imbalance.In order to optimize the effect of homework management in grades 3-6 of primary school,combined with the actual situation,the research suggests that: strengthen the subject’s attention and activate the quality potential of the participants;We should strengthen the process planning and improve the operation process management system;Based on long-term development,promote multidimensional balance of school operation system.
