| Aesthetic education has the characteristic of freedom,making it easier to integrate into other educational areas,and it also plays a promoting and driving role in other educational fields.In the current research on elementary school aesthetic education,there are many studies on the integration of aesthetic education into subject teaching,but few researchers or frontline teachers pay attention to the value and practical paths of integrating aesthetic education into homework management.Integrating aesthetic education into elementary school homework management is not only necessary for innovative homework management methods and improving homework quality but also an effective way to develop the aesthetic function of homework,which has an important promoting effect on students’ comprehensive development and teachers’ professional development.This study surveyed teachers from multiple elementary schools in F city through questionnaires and interviews and found that there is a lack of practice,single methods,and the overall effectiveness needs improvement in integrating aesthetic education into homework management in elementary schools.Based on the results of the current situation investigation and in-depth interviews with dozens of educational managers and teachers,as well as field observations of different schools and social aesthetic education institutions,the main causes of the difficulties in integrating aesthetic education into homework management in elementary schools are the outdated education concepts of teachers and the lack of methods to integrate aesthetic education into homework management.Furthermore,teachers’ concepts and practices are also influenced by schools and education management departments,parents,and social aesthetic education forces.Based on the analysis of the causes at different levels,this study used open-ended questionnaires and interviews to conduct in-depth interviews with many outstanding educational managers and teachers.Through literature analysis,observation,and case analysis,this study proposed practical paths for integrating aesthetic education into homework management at three levels.Firstly,at the teacher level,based on Piaget’s cognitive development theory and other theoretical content and a large number of cases of integrating aesthetic education into homework management,this study summarized the principles and methods of integrating aesthetic education into homework management and guided teachers to update their educational concepts and play a leading role in homework management.Secondly,at the school and education management department level,this study proposed strategies such as updating management systems,providing training and exchange activities that combine theory and practice,and building a homework resource library to provide effective support for teachers in integrating aesthetic education into homework management.Lastly,at the external support level,schools and teachers should help parents establish correct educational concepts,strengthen cooperation with social aesthetic education forces,and strive to gain support from family and social education forces to maximize the effect of integrating aesthetic education into homework management. |
