Homework is the learning task to the students,and is also one of the students,learning task that the teachers and parents focused on.Homework is more likely to be adose of medicine for learning disabled students.Whether teachers can have an effectivemanagement of homework or not is the key to ensure homework finishedsmoothly.Research on the learning disabled students can not only expands researchareas about learning disabled theories,but also improves the management of homework.This study is based on the current situation of education in our country and thelearning disabled theory,learning theory,homework research status.The researcher choseforty teachers and forty-six learning disabled students as respondents.Usingquestionnaire survey and interview method to research the situation of learning disabledstudents in this school from four aspects,as follows:homework,s cognition,homework,samount and the difficulty,homework,s design,homework,s evaluation.At last,to analyzeproblems and Put forward the proposal.The whole thesis consists of five parts:Part one is introduction:It generally introduces the reason,status,purpose andsignificance of this thesis.Part two is the research design:Mainly introduces the research ideas and researchmethods.The research methods includes the research purpose, research object, researchtools and research process.Part three is the situation about homework management of higher grades learningdisabled students in this school.Mainly using the SPSS17.0to analyse four dimensionsof homework.The survey found that many problems about homework managementexisted in this school.Firstly,the teachers and students have deviation at homework,scognition dimension,the teachers attached great importance to the instrumental role,ignored the raising initiative role of homework.Teachers did not take the learningdisabled students’ learning and lack of actively guide.Secondly,homework time is toolong and too difficult for students.Thirdly,Teachers’ lack of homework design skills, ignore students’ physical and mental development characteristics.Fourthly,homeworkevaluation was short of humanistic care,ignored the subjectivity of learning disabledstudentsPart four is the countermeasures based on principle of respect,principle ofdevelopment and principle of interests.Firstly,teachers should have clear homeworkpurpose and attaches great importance to the learning disabled students.Secondly,theteachers should follow the rules of learning disabled students, grasp the homeworkamounts and difficulty reasonably.Thirdly,to improve the ability of homeworkdesign,attaches great importance to the learning disabled students’ diversity.Fourthly,toreform the way of homework evaluation and pay more attention to humanistic care.Part five is the shortage and the prospects of the research.
