| In recent years,with the continuous advancement of the new curriculum reform,the ideological and political education reform based on the core accomplishment of the subject has been widely concerned by the subject field.The evaluation concept of education teaching has also undergone gradual changes and updates,and is increasingly close to perfection.At the same time,the corresponding evaluation methods are increasingly rich and diversified.As a key part of the whole teaching activity,teaching evaluation is an important method to find,reflect and solve problems in the teaching process,and is the backbone of cultivating the core quality of the subject.However,in actual teaching activities,restricted by the current college entrance examination system,the implicit rule of "score first" is widespread,and the idea of "one examination determines one’s life" is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.In education and teaching,teachers are more willing to choose the final evaluation with selection function in order to improve students’ performance.Therefore,in high school ideological and political course teaching,the application of process evaluation is difficult,is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the requirements of core literacy of ideological and political courses in high school,this paper investigates the application and implementation of process evaluation in teaching through literature research,investigation and induction,and finds and proposes the current implementation status of process evaluation.This paper discusses some practical problems in the process of evaluation,such as the relatively single evaluation standard,the evaluation subject to be enriched,the evaluation method not novel enough and the evaluation feedback not timely enough.The reasons for the above problems include the dominant position of exam-oriented education,which affects the development of process evaluation;The limited ability of teachers restricts the implementation of process evaluation.Students’ self-consciousness is not strong,and it is difficult to participate in the evaluation process.The lack of interaction between home,school and community can not guarantee the long-term effect of process evaluation.In order to promote the application of process evaluation,the improvement measures are put forward from four perspectives: refining the standard of process evaluation,enriching the subject of process evaluation,updating the method of process evaluation and making good use of the feedback of process evaluation.The process evaluation method is implemented in teaching,and the results of implementation are fed back and the improvement measures are put forward. |
