Study On The Factors Influencing The Construction Of Volleyball Teams In Hainan Universities From The Perspective Of Integration Of Sports And Education

When sports are strong,China is strong,and the "three major sports" are a symbol of a strong sporting nation.Since the 19th Party Congress,the Party Central Committee,with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core,has attached great importance to school sports work and encouraged the establishment of collective ball teams in higher education institutions at all levels.In order to promote China’s higher education institutions to gradually become the training base for China’s volleyball reserve talents,it is of great significance to conduct a study on the construction of volleyball teams in China’s general colleges and universities.Taking the perspective of integration of sports and education as the entry point,this study adopts questionnaire survey method,interview method and mathematical and statistical method to conduct a comprehensive analysis of four dimensions of volleyball sports teams in universities in Hainan Province:social environment,school management,athletes and coaches,to summarize the main factors affecting the construction of volleyball teams in universities in Hainan Province,find out the fence solution to break the influencing factors and give the volleyball teams in higher education institutions in Hainan Province coping strategies.The results of the study are as follows:The overall situation of the construction of volleyball passing teams in Hainan’s universities is not optimistic,as shown by the insufficient number of indoor courts available for volleyball teams;the lack of financial investment by teams in training and competition;the low frequency of competitions in the provincial university volleyball championships and the lack of standardised competition system,and other factors affecting the construction of volleyball sports teams in Hainan’s universities.The study categorised the influencing factors derived from the current situation of conducting and interviews.The study showed that the influencing factors on the construction of volleyball teams in 22 higher education institutions in Hainan Province can be divided into four factor groups,namely social support factor,school guarantee factor,athlete factor and coach factor.The influencing factors of each public factor are as follows:(1)Uneven economic and cultural development in the regions where the volleyball teams of Hainan’s universities are located;low popularity of indoor six-a-side volleyball competition in Hainan Province;the grouping of provincial university volleyball competitions is not reasonable enough.(2)There are not enough training venues at the disposal of the volleyball teams in Hainan’s colleges and universities;there are not enough funds at their disposal;the medical care is not well equipped.(3)Complicated posting situation makes the coaches’ energy allocation limited;coaches’ employment form is homogeneous;coaches lack athletic experience.(4)The height selection of the athletes’ team is not ideal;the problem of contradiction between athletes’ study and training is serious and there is a lack of incentive mechanism;the professional positions of athletes are not diversified enough.In view of the above results,the following countermeasures are proposed to promote the construction of volleyball sports teams in Hainan Province:(1)Hainan Province can increase the frequency of six-a-side volleyball competitions and create a six-a-side volleyball brand event.(2)Higher education institutions should raise funds widely to increase the funding for volleyball teams to ensure that it is scientific and reasonable,so as to improve the level of protection for the teams.(3)Implement the "integration of sports and education" to actively promote the high-quality development of volleyball in Hainan universities.
