With the improvement of national requirements for the quality of talent cultivation,the focus of higher education in China has shifted from imparting knowledge to cultivating morality and abilities.The educational concept of "curriculum ideological and political education",as an important means of "three comprehensive education",has important practical value for universities to cultivate talents with both moral and talent abilities,and comprehensive development.In May 2020,the Ministry of Education issued the "Guidelines for the Construction of Curriculum Ideological and Political Education in Higher Education Institutions",which officially launched a wave of "curriculum ideological and political education" construction in China’s higher education.In recent years,the theoretical exploration of "curriculum ideology and politics" has gradually matured,the interpretation of relevant connotations has gradually become clear,and the top-level construction path has also gradually improved.However,the main battlefield for truly implementing the concept of "curriculum ideology and politics" is classroom teaching.Therefore,implementing the curriculum development of "curriculum ideology and politics" has become a key focus of higher education and teaching reform.Many schools and professional course teachers have also begun to try to implement the education and teaching practice of "curriculum ideology and politics",attempting to explore the curriculum development strategy of implementing "curriculum ideology and politics".This study selected the compulsory course "Curriculum Design and Evaluation" from the School of Education of D University as the main research object.The researchers participated in the entire process of developing the "Curriculum Design and Evaluation" course of "Curriculum Ideology and Politics" on site,described and analyzed the current situation of the development process,and found the advantages,difficulties,problems,and reasons for the difficulties and problems in the course development,Further refine the implementation of the curriculum development strategy of "ideological and political education in curriculum" for professional courses in universities.This article is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the research background,research questions,key concepts,research significance,and innovation.The second part is a literature review,which includes two parts: foreign research on ideological and political education and domestic research on curriculum ideological and political education.The third part of the research design is the foundation of this article,mainly introducing the theoretical basis,research objects,research ideas,and research methods of this study.This research is mainly in the form of field research,based on Schwab’s practical curriculum development theory and Marxism’s theory on the overall development of human beings,using observation,interview and object analysis to analyze the research objects,and then draw conclusions.The fourth part is an analysis of the current situation of curriculum development in implementing ideological and political education in this course,while summarizing the strategies adopted by the teacher team in the process of curriculum development in implementing ideological and political education.The fifth part analyzes the achievements and problems in the implementation of ideological and political education in this course,and then analyzes the factors that affect the ideological and political development of curriculum by university teachers in Chapter 6.Chapter 7 presents the conclusions and recommendations of this study.This study found that the course "Curriculum Design and Evaluation" has three advantages,namely a mature curriculum content system,a professional teacher team guarantee,and sufficient teaching practice bases,laying a good practical foundation for the implementation of ideological and political education in this course.The course "Curriculum Design and Evaluation" focuses on the positioning of ideological and political goals,the selection of ideological and political elements,the selection of teaching methods and activities,and the evaluation of curriculum ideological and political education.It explores a curriculum design model suitable for the construction of curriculum ideological and political education-the scenario analysis model,summarizes the ways and perspectives of selecting ideological and political elements,the design model of teaching activities,and the evaluation method of multi subject curriculum.However,there have been many practical problems and difficulties in the development process,such as a single category of ideological and political elements selection,unclear attribution of ideological and political goals,uneven distribution of classroom time,formalized cooperation with primary and secondary teaching bases,and difficulty in implementing process evaluation in curriculum evaluation practice.In the process of attribution,researchers have found that the main reasons for the above difficulties are:firstly,teachers do not have high political literacy and a sound ideological and political theoretical system;Secondly,teachers’ understanding of "curriculum ideology and politics" is not comprehensive and profound enough;Thirdly,teachers have failed to completely transform their thinking from traditional classroom teaching;Fourthly,there is no established and sound curriculum ideological and political evaluation system.Based on the above research results,this study summarizes the curriculum development factors that affect efficient teachers’ ideological and political construction of courses,and summarizes the curriculum development strategies for implementing ideological and political construction in professional courses in universities from five perspectives: clarifying ideological and political goals,focusing on ideological and political elements,reconstructing curriculum content,enriching teaching methods and activities,and multidimensional curriculum evaluation,and provides corresponding opinions on curriculum ideological and political construction.
