Teacher professionalization and teacher specialization development are the newideas proposed during the process of elementary education and curriculum reformation.Teacher professionalization is the normative and conditionality standard for teacher,which means teacher must possesses the knowledge, the skill and the thought that meetstheir profession and also possesses the basic factors for teaching. Teacher specializationdevelopment is procedural and dynamism standard to teacher. It requires the teacher toenlarge their view constantly, perfect their knowledge structure constantly, improvetheir teaching level constantly and average their searching ability up constantly on thebasis of teaching practice and satisfy students’ needs under the requirement ofeducational development. So the teacher will grow into specialist teacher in theircontinuous professional development. The idea of teacher professionalization andteacher specialization development both have very important meaning. It could help toimprove teacher’s quality, to promote the development of teachers, the development ofstudents, to push the elementary education reformation forward, also will benefit for thedevelopment of whole elementary education. Curriculum standard and teaching aim ofnew political course make explicit explanation to it, and proposed new targets andrequirements of curriculum implementation. To achieve the requirement of curriculumstandard, political teachers must pay more attention to their professional developmentand improve their teaching level constantly. So it could meets the needs of elementaryeducational reformation and better complete the teaching tasks.With the deep development of elementary educational reformation and therequirement of new curriculum, political teachers pay high attention to teacherprofessionalization and teacher specialization development. Besides they will carry outpractice to improve their teaching level. But new problems and new puzzlementsemerged after teaching practice. Professional knowledge development, professional skilland professional thought all have matters at different degrees because of teachers’business and some of students’ queries. In order to solve these problems, the author willtry to discuss the development of political teacher under the background of new curriculum based on her own practice.This paper aims to improve and develop the professional thought, professionalknowledge and professional ability of political teacher, which combineself-development and external training together to enhance quality-oriented educationand elementary educational reformation go into a deep development continually.
