General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly pointed out in the symposium of teachers’ ideological and political theory courses in the school that ideological and political theory courses are the key course to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and educating people,and its role is irreplaceable.We should actively promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political courses,adopt various methods such as topic-based teaching,enhance the affinity and appeal,pertinacity and effectiveness of ideological and political courses,and give full play to their educational effect.The Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards of Regular High Schools(2017 edition2020 Revision)points out in the implementation proposal that "the teaching of activity subject courses should be designed around the topic".The ideological and political course in senior high school strives to combine theory with practice.As a method to construct activity subject courses,topic teaching has comprehensive,situational,sequential and speculative nature,which can use this feature to stimulate students’ interest and then improve students’ thinking ability.Under the guidance of teachers,students can innovate their learning methods,form their own thoughts,enhance their political identity,and improve their students’ core literacy.At the same time,agenda-based teaching is conducive to the improvement of teachers’ teaching ability and promoting the construction of ideological and political courses.Topic-based teaching has become a new highlight of China’s basic education reform.Experts and scholars began to discuss and study,and apply topic-based teaching to the ideological and political curriculum of senior high school,so as to adapt to the new curriculum reform and the all-round development of students.This paper on the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research status,in the topic of teaching theory overview and practical significance,on the basis of the questionnaire survey,classroom observation and teacher interview method,understand the topic teaching in the application process is poor teaching effect,lack of teaching resources,teaching methods of curing and teaching evaluation.The reasons include the following aspects: teachers ’teaching concept needs to be changed,knowledge integration is not strong and teaching application ability is limited;teachers’ awareness of resource development is weak and too dependent on teaching materials;lack of innovation in teaching methods and excessive attention to exam-oriented education;pay attention to the evaluation results over the evaluation process,which leads to the single subject,content and dimension of evaluation.Based on the above research,the corresponding implementation strategies are put forward from improving the comprehensive quality of teachers’ issue-style teaching,expanding extracurricular teaching resources,and improving the various methods of practical classroom to strengthen the teaching process and improving the diversified teaching evaluation methods.At the same time from the subject of topic teaching,situation,activities,issue four elements,on the basis of the teaching material,show the specific curriculum design of topic type teaching,further strengthen the cultivation of students subject knowledge literacy,in order to provide more powerful practice guidance for teaching,to implement good khalid ents fundamental task lay the foundation.
