The 2020 revised Ideological and Political Curriculum Standard for Senior High Schools defines the teaching goal of the core literacy of the discipline,that is,to help students have the literacy of political identity,scientific spirit,legal consciousness and public participation,so as to better complete the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people.At the same time,the advocacy and application of topic based teaching has realized the innovation of teaching methods and become an important way for ideological and political disciplines to improve students’ core literacy.Therefore,under the guidance of discipline core quality,the research on topic based teaching of high school politics course answers the questions of "what kind of people to cultivate" and "how to cultivate people" from one side,which plays an important guiding role in promoting the reform of high school ideological and politics course.The research on the topic based teaching of politics in senior high school under the guidance of subject core quality,based on the Marxist theory of people’s all-round development and constructivism theory,focuses on the connotation of core quality,ideological and political subject core quality,topic and topic based teaching,and deeply combs the relationship between topic based teaching and subject core quality,that is,subject core quality is the goal of topic based teaching.Topic based teaching is an important way to improve the core literacy of the discipline,and realizes the unity of teaching methods and teaching objectives.Subject core literacy and issue based teaching are new teaching objectives and methods advocated by the new curriculum standards.Therefore,the topic based teaching of politics in senior high school under the guidance of subject core literacy is still in the preliminary exploration stage.Although this stage is in the initial exploration period,the results can not be ignored,which are reflected in the enhancement of teachers’ awareness of cultivating discipline core literacy,the higher frequency of topic based teaching,and the obvious effect of mobilizing students’ learning enthusiasm.However,there are also some problems,such as the goal of discipline core literacy has not been effectively implemented,the setting of topics needs to be optimized,the participation of students needs to be improved,and the evaluation standard is relatively single.In view of the above problems,to promote the effective application of argumentative teaching under the guidance of subject core literacy in senior high school politics,we need to start from the following four aspects: first,understand the subject core literacy and improve teachers’ teaching ability;Second,based on the core quality of the discipline,scientific design topics;Third,optimize the setting of situations and activities to improve students’ participation;Fourth,focus on the core quality of the discipline and improve the evaluation system.Only in this way can we create an efficient political learning classroom and promote the real implementation of the core quality of ideological and political discipline.
