With the implementation of the framework of Core literacy of Chinese students' development and the promulgate of the 2017 edition of Ideological and Political Curriculum Standard for Ordinary Senior High Schools(referred to as the new curriculum Standard),issue-based teaching and activity-based courses come together.In the teaching and evaluation suggestions of the new curriculum standard,it is emphasized that the teaching of activity-based courses should be carried out around topics.So far,topic-based teaching has attracted the attention of ideological and political teachers.This study aims to reflect the direction of the reform of high school ideological and political subject under the frame of cultivating core literacy and improve the teaching effectiveness by studying the topic teaching of high school ideological and political lesson.Finally for the frontline ideological and political teachers teaching practice service,improve the effectiveness of high school ideological and political lessons.The first chapter of high school ideological and political class topic teaching overview.First of all,elaborated the high school thought politics lesson topic teaching meaning and the characteristic;Secondly,from the constructivism learning theory,learning pyramid theory,Marxism on the overall development of the theory of three aspects of high school ideological and political class topic teaching theory foundation;Finally,the paper discusses the significance of topic teaching in high school politics from three aspects: teaching method,students' disciplinary accomplishment and teachers' professional ability.The second chapter analyzes the problems and causes of ideological and political topic teaching in senior high schools.Questionnaire and interview were used to interview the front-line political teachers and students in the region and analyze the problems existing in the issue-based teaching.The main problems are as follows: the issue setting lacks rationality,the situation creation lacks authenticity,the discussion activity lacks effectiveness and the discussion evaluation lacks diversity.To analyze the reasons for these problems,the main reasons are as follows: teachers' insufficient teaching theory knowledge reserve,teachers' insufficient attention to topic teaching,and educational environment's insufficient support for topic teaching.The third chapter is the strategy of promoting the topic teaching of high school politics.From the theoretical level of teachers' argumentative teaching,the comprehensive quality of teachers' argumentative teaching and the environment in which the argumentative teaching is carried out,this paper discusses the concrete and effective strategies to improve the argumentative teaching effect of high school ideological and political lessons,thus providing method guidance for improving the effectiveness of the argumentative teaching of high school ideological and political lessons.
