In March 2020,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council jointly issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Middle Schools and Primary Schools in the New Era(hereinafter referred to as the Opinions),followed by the Overall Plan for Deepening the Reform of Educational Evaluation in the New Era.The two documents clearly require "to adhere to the principle of simultaneous development of" five educations "and comprehensively develop quality education".The documents believe that labor education has the value of comprehensive education and has the same status as moral education,intellectual education,physical education and aesthetic education.In the new era and new environment,labor education has been reexamined from its absence in the past to the present,and has played an important role in the process of educating people with all-round development.This paper investigates the current situation of secondary school labor education at the compulsory education stage in H City from the perspective of collaborative education through questionnaires and field interviews,and understands the current situation and existing problems of students’ labor education from the four dimensions of labor education implementation,labor education curriculum,labor education evaluation,and labor education cognition.Using the individual difference analysis and single factor test method,the quantitative analysis of the data shows that:;(2)From the perspective of school and family working time,junior high school students have less working time both inside and outside the school,with 30% of students working within one hour.Therefore,it is necessary to improve students’ working time.Based on the quantitative analysis of the data and the field interview materials,it is concluded that:(1)there is a certain gap between urban and rural secondary school labor education,and the effect of labor education for students of different grades is different;(2)The labor education concept of family,school and society is not unified,the way of collaborative education is blocked,and the method is single;(3)The development of curriculum resources is insufficient,the integration with other disciplines is insufficient,and the various links of internal curriculum teaching are not coordinated;(4)The guarantee of labor education is insufficient,the integration of five education is not enough,and the education goal is vague.Based on the analysis of the current situation and causes of the development of labor education,from the perspective of collaborative education,this paper puts forward countermeasures:(1)coordinate resources,cooperate in running schools,and promote the balanced development of urban and rural education;(2)Co build a platform to build a normalized and long-term mechanism for collaborative education;(3)Promote the development of curriculum resources and actively expand the implementation ways and forms of labor education;(4)Improve the factor guarantee system,and highlight the comprehensive educational value of labor education.The research is based on the perspective of collaborative education to promote the process of home,school and community labor education to build and share,promote the sharing and integration of all elements of labor education curriculum,ultimately achieve the goal of collaborative education,and achieve the comprehensive value of labor education.
