| The combination of education and productive labor is the educational policy of socialism with Chinese characteristics.The development of education in the new era is based on labor education.Labor education has the characteristics of times,practice and education.Under the background of perfecting the education system of combining moral,intellectual and physical education with art and labor,perfecting the talent training system in an all-round way,and improving the working quality of secondary vocational school students.This paper regards "labor education curriculum" as the core concept,to understand the current situation of the labor education curriculum in secondary vocational schools,summarize the problems in the course implementation and analyze the reasons,and explore effective solutions combining with Marxism's theory of all-round development and actual situation.The "labor education curriculum" means not only attaching importance to the practice of "labor" and embodying the practical operating characteristics of the curriculum in secondary vocational schools,but also emphasizing the significance of "education" and reflecting the spiritual edification of the curriculum.In order to understand the current situation of the implementation of the labor education curriculum in secondary vocational schools,we should establish the connotation of the labor education curriculum,sum up the problems in the implementation of the labor education curriculum,and explore the research objectives of how to carry out the labor education curriculum.Firstly,this paper carries out a literature study,respectively from the policy and theoretical aspects of discussion,combing the reform and opening up of China's labor education and curriculum related policies,labor education and vocational education related literature,combined with the concept of vocational education courses summed up the characteristics of labor education courses.Then,the implementation of labor education curriculum in four secondary vocational schools in S city is investigated on the spot,and the methods of questionnaire and interview are adopted.Next,through the analysis of the survey results to find that the vocational school labor education curriculum exist the following problems: first,the students do not have a good understanding of the labor education curriculum;second,the school lacks a complete labor education curriculum implementation system,for example,the concrete manifestations are that the educational value of the curriculum is not fully explored,the status of the curriculum is clear,the content of the curriculum is simplified into professional technical and vocational skills training,and the curriculum security mechanism is not sound.Finally,based on the problems this paper tries to put forward two solutions: students should understand the significance of labor education curriculum;the school should establish the complete labor education curriculum system. |
