With the promulgation of labor education policies and the development of society,labor education has received more and more attention.But the current labor education relies on school development,lacks family and social support,causes the labor education effect not to be good.Synergetic education is a process of personnel training to achieve the goal of educating people together by sharing resources,accumulating energy and effectively interacting.Based on the theory of collaborative education,this paper takes parents,teachers and community workers of Y school in S city of Hebei province as the main research objects.Using research methods such as literature review,questionnaire survey,and interview,this study investigates the actual situation of labor education,aiming to promote the realization of collaborative education in labor education in the new era.First of all,this study defines the core concepts of labor and labor education through literature research,and systemically sorts out the inner demands of labor education under the synergy theory.Secondly,through questionnaires,interviews and other practical surveys,this study analyzes the practical problems existing in labor education in junior high schools from the perspective of collaborative education:first,the confusion of the main responsibilities of labor education collaboration is mainly reflected in the unscientific evaluation of labor education and the lack of elements;fourth,the lack of the mechanism of collaborative protection of labor education collaboration is mainly reflected in the absence of the process of collaborative implementation of labor education is not smooth,mainly reflected in the absence of the link of collaborative implementation of labor education and the lack of communication between the main body of labor education implementation;third,the absence of the evaluation of collaborative education of labor education collaboration is mainly reflected in the unscientific evaluation of labor education and the lack of elements;fourth,the lack of the mechanism of collaborative protection of labor education collaboration is mainly reflected in the absence of the policy guarantee of labor education collaboration and the lack of professional team collaboration.Finally,based on the analysis of practical problems,this study attempts to put forward the following practical paths for the effective development of labor education under the perspective of synergetic education:first,to clarify the main responsibility of labor education synergetic;second,to smooth the process of labor education synergetic implementation;third,to improve the evaluation of labor education synergetic education;fourth,to improve the labor education synergetic security mechanism.
