| In recent years,Chinese teenagers not only face an increasingly heavy academic burden,but also their physical health is declining.The status of school sports in the field of education has also become optional,which runs counter to the concept of "health first" in school sports under multiple pressures.In order to improve this situation,on July 24,2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and The General Office of the State Council issued Opinions on Further Reducing the Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education,which opened the big screen of education reform and triggered deep thinking in the field of education.Chengdu,as one of the nine pilot cities of the double-reduction policy,also implemented this policy.In 2022,Chengdu also implemented the first year of the reform of 2022 Chengdu Physical Education High School Examination.The examination structure and scoring standard were also greatly adjusted.The structure was changed from "single evaluation" to "comprehensive evaluation",and the score increased from 50 to 60.In the same year,two new policies were implemented successively in Chengdu.In the process of implementation,there were both conflicts and overlaps.In addition,the policy was relatively new,and the previous researches were relatively few.Therefore,in this paper,under the background of the double-reduction policy,the implementation status and development countermeasures of the physical education high school examination in Chengdu are taken as the research object,and the research methods of literature,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics are mainly adopted to investigate the implementation status of the policy in Chengdu.In addition,the concept of "shadow education" is applied to some specific problems.Through field investigation and theoretical research,this paper studies the current situation of the high school physical education examination in Chengdu under the background of double-reduction policy from different perspectives and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,providing theoretical reference for the follow-up work of the high school physical education examination in Chengdu under the background of double-reduction policy.The research conclusion is as follows: Under the background of double reduction policy,Chengdu physical education high school examination has achieved obvious results in terms of students’ physical fitness level and sports skill level.However,school physical education in Chengdu is also gradually moving towards exam-oriented sports education.At the same time,there are some problems,such as unbalanced scoring standards for men and women,unfair admission opportunities,unbalanced distribution of physical education resources in suburban areas,new policies giving birth to"physical shadow education",and policies increasing students’academic burden.In view of the corresponding problems,first of all,we should respond to the spirit of the double-reduction policy document,improve the high quality of school education reform,and put forward several suggestions as follows:(1)weaken the "PE exam-oriented education" and give full play to the after-school PE service value.If school physical education is in the boring exam-oriented education for a long time,then students will sacrifice "interest" as the price of training,which is inconsistent with the spirit of the policy.(2)Improve the scoring standard system to promote fair admission opportunities.To help students physical education evaluation and scientific physical education examination is also a response to the double reduction policy of high quality reform standards of school education,if the evaluation system is not fair,it will inevitably lose the value of fair education selection;(3)Optimize the distribution of educational resources and promote the balanced development of urban and rural areas.If the uneven distribution of physical education resources will lead to the widening of the gap between suburban education,suburban schools will certainly not play the role of the dual-reduction policy school education main front,not conducive to the balanced development of suburban school education;(4)Strengthen the prevention and control measures of "physical shadow education".If the double-reduction policy only emphasizes the shadow education of subjects and neglects the non-subject education,the physical education entrance examination under the background of the double-reduction policy will give birth to the "shadow education of physical education".(5)Implement the "cross-peak exam" program to reduce the pressure of preparing for the exam.Centralized examination time will not only increase the intensity of training load of students,but also increase the training amount of students.The implementation of "cross-peak examination" under the double-reduction policy can not only reduce the training load of students,but also reduce the pressure of students’ entrance examination.At the same time,the continuous training effect of students is maintained,so as to achieve the effect of "teaching,practicing and often stopping" of school physical education under the double-reduction policy. |
