Teachers’ classroom teaching ability is an important factor determining teachers’ teaching quality.Therefore,through this research,it is helpful to clarify the specific meaning of classroom teaching ability of physical education normal students,and scientifically and reasonably define its composition and weight of each level,so as to improve the attention of physical education normal students to classroom teaching ability.The purpose is to clarify the exact meaning of classroom teaching ability of physical education teachers,and scientifically and reasonably define its components and the proportion of each level,so as to provide useful reference for the development of physical education teachers’ classroom teaching ability in the future.On this basis,a new,pertinent,sustainable and pertinent physical education curriculum is proposed.This paper adopts the method of literature,interview,Delphi,analytic hierarchy process and mathematical statistics to study the classroom teaching ability of students majoring in physical education in normal colleges.Based on the literature,this thesis sorts out and summarizes the relevant research on classroom teaching ability at home and abroad and the relevant standards of teachers’ profession,and analyzes the connotation of classroom teaching ability of physical education normal students,so as to determine a relatively reasonable constituent elements.This study is based on two Delphi expert letters,combined with interviews with front-line teachers,and revised and corrected in the two expert letters.Finally,a set of reasonable evaluation indicators for classroom teaching ability of physical education normal students is proposed.Finally,the weight distribution of each factor was analyzed by using the method of combining AHP and expert scoring.After a series of research and analysis,the following research results were finally obtained:1.The connotation of classroom teaching ability of PE normal students was clarified;2.Determine the elements at all levels of classroom teaching ability of physical education normal students;3.Clarify the weight of each component of the classroom teaching ability of the physical education normal students who are about to graduate.The following conclusions are obtained:1.Classroom teaching ability of physical education normal students refers to the collection of various abilities required by normal students majoring in physical education in universities to complete classroom teaching tasks and successfully complete teaching activities before becoming formal teachers.It is the comprehensive quality formed by physical education normal students through the process of understanding,internalization,integration,construction,reflection and externalization of knowledge and skills.2.The classroom teaching ability of PE normal students includes five first-level components,including knowledge reserve ability,teaching design ability,teaching implementation ability,teaching monitoring ability,and classroom moral education practice ability,and 28 second-level components,including basic knowledge reserve,subject knowledge reserve,and teaching research.3.The proportion of various abilities in the classroom teaching ability of the PE normal students who are about to graduate is:among the first-level components,the teaching implementation ability accounts for 31.61%,followed by the teaching design ability accounting for 23.24%,the knowledge reserve ability accounting for 17.69%,the classroom moral education practice ability accounting for 15.60%,and the teaching monitoring ability accounting for 11.85%.Among the second-level elements,the proportion of the second-level elements is relatively high,such as studying the textbook outline(6.32%),designing teaching methods(5.48%),explaining professors(5.87%),an dorganizing and transferring(6.00%). |
