Cultivating new talents to take on the task of national rejuvenation is an endogenous demand for the development of the times and individual development,and an inevitable requirement for comprehensively building a modern socialist country and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that it is necessary to promote cultural self-confidence and focus on cultivating new talents of the era who will take on the task of national rejuvenation.Culture is the root of education,and cultural education,as a means and method of ideological and political education,is indispensable in the cultivation of talents in colleges and universities.As an advanced culture with Chinese characteristics,red culture contains rich revolutionary spirit and heavy historical and cultural connotations,and is the spiritual driving force for forging souls and educating people.Through red culture education,the effect of educating people in the whole staff,the whole process and the whole way can be achieved,so that colleges and universities can improve the quality and efficiency of the task of cultivating morality and cultivating people,and better serve the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and cultivate new talents of the era.Through the unity of theoretical logic,historical logic and practical logic,the necessity and value purpose of integrating red culture into the practice of cultivating morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities are clarified.First,make clear the theoretical logic of integrating red culture into the practice of moral cultivation in colleges and universities,and respond to the fundamental and strategic issues of "for whom to cultivate people","who to cultivate" and "how to cultivate people" in the theoretical logic."Cultivate People for Whom" makes it clear that the prerequisite basis for the integration of red culture is the internal logic of seeking national rejuvenation,seeking people’s happiness,freedom and all-round development."What kind of person to cultivate" has clarified the value orientation of the cultivation practice of red culture,that is,to cultivate the new generation with firm ideals and beliefs,"great virtues" and patriotic feelings."How to train people" specifically points to the "systematic concept".Second,make clear the historical logic of integrating red culture into the practice of moral cultivation in colleges and universities.Due to the influence of some western social trends,some college students in our country have problems such as historical nihilism,unfirm ideal and belief,and lack of struggle spirit.It is urgent to exert the educational value of red culture,build the ideal and belief of the young people,and cultivate patriotic feelings so that they can conscientiously undertake the great task of national rejuvenation.Standing in the perspective of the grand historical view,the function and value of red culture in the practice of educating people from the overall perspective,and the value of red culture in the practice of cultivating people in the new era is clearly defined.(1)Clarify the value of revolutionary genes condensed in the formation,formation and development of red culture to the cultivation of college students’ dedication,patriotic feelings and spirit of hard work.(2)The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the education of red culture.It summarizes the generation of the concept of red culture education in the period of new democracy,the effect of red culture education in the period of socialism,and the new outlook of "four histories" education,moral cultivation and three-whole education since the reform and opening up.(3)Through the exploration of the Communist Party’s red culture education history,summarize the experience of red culture education,that is,shape the view of history and historical pattern of college students and finally form the historical mission of consciously taking on the great task of national rejuvenation.Thirdly,it clarifies the practical logic of integrating red culture into the practice of moral cultivation in colleges and universities.It is a systematic project to cultivate people by virtue.To achieve the goal of educating people with red culture needs to be carried out in practice.(1)To follow the principle of integrity,with top-level design thinking to formulate the goal,content,system and mechanism of integrating red culture into the practice of Lide and cultivating people to strengthen the pertinence of education;To follow the systematic thinking,"home,school and community" to form a joint effort to strengthen day ceremony,"four history" education,model guidance to strengthen students’ value identification;Adhere to the practice of education,combined with the requirements of The Times to innovate the system
