Since the beginning of the new century,China's economic development has entered a new normal,and the deep integration of industrialization and informatization has brought about a vigorous development of the new economy.At the critical moment when the countries of the world actively responded to the arrival of the "fourth industrial revolution," the publication of the "Made in China 2025" action plan for 2015 marked the way for the transition from a "big manufacturing country" to a "powerful manufacturing country" in the new era,and also to manufacturing.The innovative talents and technical talents required for industrial upgrading have raised new challenges and requirements.General Secretary Xi clearly stated in the report of the 19th CPC National Congress that we should "build an army of knowledge-based,skill-based,and innovative workers,and promote the spirit of worker model and the spirit of craftsmen",and he has repeatedly stressed that "talent is the foundation of innovation","Use talent as the first resource to support development." From this point of view,the development of emerging industries will gradually infiltrate all aspects of personnel training in the innovative and practical needs of talents.The trend of manufacturing transformation urgently requires that vocational education give better play to the supporting and leading role of industrial transformation and upgrading.Promote the coordinated development of education and economy and society,speed up the conversion of new and old kinetic energy through talent innovation.Vocational education,as the main platform for the construction of artisan talents,plays an important role in the reform of all aspects of personnel training and the improvement of human resources.Obviously,clarifying the key competencies of Craftsman and cultivating tens of thousands of highly qualified craftsmen have gradually become the goals and hopes for the further development of manufacturing powers and vocational education.This not only helps to improve the social status of craftsmen,but also promotes and nurtures the spirit of Craftsman,it also helps to promote the innovation of talent cultivation in vocational education in the new era,and cultivating a large number of high-quality artisan talents with the craftsman spirit for the industrial transformation and upgrading of China.Based on this,in the new era,China's manufacturing industry is facing a comprehensive transformation and upgrading as the background,to clarify the key competencies of Craftsman as the starting point,and to use the artisans of the "Great Power Artisans" series of video programs introduced by CCTV News as research objects,adopting the grounded theory research method of qualitative research to extract and consolidate the key competencies of Craftsman.Based on the theory of stage of professional competence development,empirical learning theory,and tacit knowledge theory,it comprehensively uses literature research,text analysis,and other research methods to innovate talents training in vocational education.The reform proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions,and conducts in-depth research and analysis on the basis of following the logic of thinking from theory to practice and from special to general.Firstly,after identifying the core issues of the study,data collection was conducted to transcribe the interviews with 39 artisans of the "Great Power Artisans" series of video programs aired on CCTV News Channel during "Workers' Day" and "National Day" in 2015-2016.And do a good job of data classification and sorting memo work.In this process,the researchers always maintain an open attitude,constantly looking for new information and conducting theoretical sampling.Secondly,the NVivo 10.0 Chinese version of qualitative data analysis software and manual coding are used to extract concepts,analyze the relationships between different concepts or generics,and increase the density of attributes and dimensions of generics.Continuous comparison methods mine the core generics that can lead all concepts and generics.Thirdly,after obtaining the core generics and verifying the theoretical saturation,a preliminary theoretical construction was carried out based on the theoretical development status and a theoretical model of the core qualities of the craftsmen was constructed.This research finally extracts the six key competencies of Craftsman and builds the three dimensions of "skills" "ingenuity" and "soul" as the framework,puts the superb skills,unity of knowledge and practice,pursuit of excellence,a sense of innovation,responsibility,good reputation of virtue and skills as the standard of the theoretical model.Finally,according to the theoretical model of the key competencies of Craftsman,the theoretical development and practical application are applied.Under the guidance of the key competencies of Craftsman,explore and reflect how to develop and reform the talent cultivation of vocational education in China in the new era.The first is to create a good atmosphere of respecting and advocating the spirit of craftsmen,the second is to build a talent training goal based on the six key competencies,the third is to implement the concept of vocational education curriculum development centered on the field of study,and the fourth is to implement the ability-oriented practice teaching,fifth is to improve the modern apprenticeship of deep integration of vocational education and manufacturing.All in all,use qualitative coding methods to extract the key competencies of Craftsman and build the theoretical model of key competencies of Craftsman for the first time not only provides theoretical support for the reform of the talent training in vocational education,but also provides a new idea for follow-up practice.However,based on this theoretical model,the reform of the talent training in vocational education is a huge systematic project that requires repeated reflection and verification.In addition to the relatively simple defects in the original data of the study itself,the reliability and validity of qualitative research are also problematic.It is worth scrutiny,combined with the lack of three-level coding process and the construction of theoretical models.Therefore,this study needs to be supplemented with additional in-depth interviews and quantified studies to testify,so that the theoretical model of craftsman core literacy is gradually perfected and guided more widely practice.
