To promote the ideological and political education team in Xinjiang universities to form a joint force and establish a collaborative education mechanism is a major strategic task facing the ideological and political education in Xinjiang universities.The construction of the coordinated education mechanism of ideological and political education teams in Xinjiang’s colleges and universities is not only related to the development of colleges and universities in the autonomous region,but also has important practical significance for promoting social stability and long-term stability in Xinjiang and promoting economic and social development and progress.In view of this,the author investigated the current situation of the coordinated education of ideological and political education in five universities in Xinjiang,combined with relevant literature research,analyzed the problems and explored the reasons,and proposed the path to improve the coordinated education of ideological and political education teams in Xinjiang universities,aiming to effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of various education subjects and form a mechanism of coordinated education,It provides theoretical support and decision-making basis with strong pertinence and operability for improving the level of ideological and political education in Xinjiang universities in the new era.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background and significance,sorts out the research status and achievements at home and abroad,and expounds the research ideas and methods.The second part summarizes the collaborative education of ideological and political education teams in colleges and universities,focuses on defining the relevant concepts in this paper,puts forward the theoretical support of this paper,and analyzes the necessity of the establishment of the collaborative education mechanism of ideological and political education teams in colleges and universities in Xinjiang.The third part investigates the current situation of ideological and political education team in Xinjiang colleges and universities through questionnaire survey and interview,and summarizes the situation of the cooperative educational construction of ideological and political education team in Xinjiang colleges and universities.The fourth part focuses on the analysis of the problems and reasons of the ideological and political education team in Xinjiang’s colleges and universities,and finds that there are three aspects of the problems of the ideological and political education team in Xinjiang’s colleges and universities.First,the coordination ability of the collaborative education needs to be improved;Second,the integration of the main resources of collaborative education is not enough;Third,the safeguard measures of the collaborative education system are not perfect.The author makes a scientific analysis of the existing problems,explores the attribution,and puts forward the reasons for the existing problems.First,there is a lack of systematic concept in the consciousness of collaborative education.Second,the lack of subject cooperation in the mechanism of collaborative education;Third,the lack of organizational guarantee in the construction of collaborative education.The fifth part combined with the actual construction of ideological and political education teams in Xinjiang colleges and universities,put forward the path to establish the mechanism of collaborative education: first,improve the leadership mechanism of ideological and political education teams in Xinjiang colleges and universities;Second,construct the integration mechanism of ideological and political education team in Xinjiang colleges and universities;The third is to establish the incentive mechanism of ideological and political education team in Xinjiang colleges and universities;Fourth,to improve the ideological and political education teams in Xinjiang’s colleges and universities coordinated education mechanism.The research conclusion of this paper has practical reference value for further strengthening and improving the ideological and political education in Xinjiang colleges and universities,promoting the formation of cooperative force for the education of all personnel,and improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
