Junior high school teenagers are in the sensitive period of physical and mental development,is also a key period of personality shaping,increase youth physical exercise at this stage,promote the coordinated development of youth culture education and physical quality,help to cultivate the fun of physical exercise,through physical fitness,discipline,sound personality,improve the psychological toughness of teenagers.Therefore,to understand the overall situation of junior high school students ’physical exercise behavior and tenacious personality,to put forward targeted suggestions for improving students’ physical exercise behavior,in line with the requirements of the compulsory education stage,but also in line with the needs of junior high school students’ all-round development of physical and mental health,which is conducive to promoting students to achieve better academic performance.This study through the literature method,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics method,with physical exercise behavior,tough personality and the relationship between the junior high school students academic performance as the research object,survey Jining city junior middle school students physical exercise and tough personality status quo,from the present situation of physical exercise,tough personality,difference analysis,related analysis,regression analysis,intermediary role in several aspects,the following conclusions:(1)There are significant gender differences in the intensity,time,math performance and English scores in junior high school students.The exercise intensity and exercise time of boys are higher than girls,boys ’scores are higher in math than girls,and girls’ English scores are higher than boys.(2)There are significant differences in the control,investment and challenge of physical exercise behavior and tenacious personality of junior high school students and academic performance in grade.The total academic performance is from high to low,grade 7> grade 8> grade 9.(3)Junior high school students’ physical exercise behavior,tenacious personality and academic performance are significantly different in whether class cadres.Class cadres have higher scores in all dimensions of tenacious personality and academic performance than those of non-class cadres.(4)There are significant differences in the physical exercise behavior of junior high school students,control,input and resilience,and academic performance in whether the only child is unique.The physical exercise behavior,control,input,resilience,and academic performance scores are all higher than those of the non-only child.(5)physical exercise behavior,tough personality and junior high school academic performance presents a significant correlation between two,physical exercise intensity,exercise time and exercise frequency and academic performance between the "U" shape relationship,physical exercise of academic performance with the increase of intensity,time and frequency showed the change trend after higher first.(6)Tenough personality plays a partial intermediary role between physical exercise behavior and academic performance of junior high school students.Physical exercise behavior not only has a direct prediction effect on the academic performance of junior high school students,but also predicts the academic performance of junior high school students through the partial mediation effect of tenacious personality.Accordingly,the following suggestions are put forward.First,we should pay attention to the individual differences of students and improve their interest in physical exercise,and then develop the habit of physical exercise and cultivate the tenacious personality.Finally,we should improve the requirements of physical education training to promote the healthy development of physical quality of junior high school students.
