| Rural revival,agriculture-based,talent as the priority.How to make rural talents readily available,stay for a long time,and serve the countryside are the key factors affecting rural revitalization.It is necessary to strengthen the organization and leadership and form the joint force of rural talent training.In order to create a stable team that knows and loves agriculture and provides talent guarantee for rural development,it is necessary to broaden the channels of "talent".How to strengthen the construction of rural revitalization talent team,stimulate the vitality of rural talents,attract talents while ensuring the retention of talents,make good use of talents and let talents take root at the grassroots level? In the new era,it has injected vitality into rural revitalization and provided a guarantee for the sustainable development of talents.Give full play to the positive role of various rural people in leading to prosperity,promoting advanced technology and adjusting rural economic structure,and lay a solid foundation of talents and intelligence for the revitalization of rural areas and the sustained,healthy and stable development of industrial structure in Shihezi.Based on the above background,this thesis selects three regiment farms in Shihezi area as the research area.Guided by Shihezi rural revitalization,this thesis takes management talents,professionals and practical talents in rural revitalization as the research objects.The research methods of questionnaire survey and empirical analysis are adopted.This thesis analyzes the basic situation of talent attraction,the current situation of talent attraction policy and the current situation of talent attraction mechanism,and finds out the important influencing factors of talent attraction.At the same time,Logit regression model was established to further explore the specific impact of four factors,including salary,supporting service,career development and talent service,on the attractiveness of rural vitalization talents.The results of questionnaire survey and empirical research show that: first of all,in the current situation of talent attraction of Shihezi rural revitalization,rural talents generally think that the attractiveness is not strong;In the current situation of attraction policy,the inflexibility of employer mechanism and the imperfection of social security system are the important factors affecting talent attraction.In the current situation of attraction mechanism,the imperfect incentive mechanism and the imperfect introduction and evaluation process are the important factors affecting the current situation of talent attraction mechanism.Secondly,Shihezi’s talent introduction policy is less attractive to young talents,talents with high education and professional titles.Among salary factors,satisfaction with salary significantly affects the willingness of talents to stay.In supporting services,the satisfaction of talents to supporting services such as medical care,housing and children’s education significantly affects the willingness of talents to stay.In career development,the degree of satisfaction to career development significantly affects the willingness of talents to stay.In terms of talent service,the satisfaction of talent communication,government functions and information exchange platform significantly affects the willingness of talents to stay.In addition,salary enhancement has the best effect on talent attraction of Shihezi rural revitalization,followed by supporting services,career development and talent services.Based on the above analysis,four corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. |
