Research On The Cultivation Of Community Social Organizations Under The Model Of "Three Communities Linkage"

With China’s continuous social and economic development,social conflicts have shown a trend of diversification and deepening,especially after the disintegration of the unitary system,the government is often stretched to provide the public services needed by the people.Since the19 th Party Congress,especially since the 20 th Party Congress,the central government has paid more attention to resolving social conflicts and solving livelihood issues,and the role of diversified social forces in community governance has become increasingly prominent.In recent years,after the Ministry of Civil Affairs of the People’s Republic of China proposed the "three community linkage" working model,"Three communities linkage","Four communities linkage","Five communitieslinkage" and "multi-community linkage" have been carried out in various places one after another.As an important part of promoting social governance innovation,community social organizations play an indispensable role in building the governance pattern of the new era,so they are also included in the work of the multi-community linkage project.In order to promote the innovation of community governance,the Xiamen Civil Affairs Bureau purchased social work service projects,hoping to cultivate community social organizations with local characteristics under the mechanism of the "Three Communities Linkage" project,mobilize community residents to participate in social services,form a closed loop of governance,and solve the problem of insufficient supply of community public service products.This study takes the three-community linkage social work service project in X street of Xiamen city as an example,and uses literature research,participatory observation and interview methods to explore the process and dilemmas of cultivating community social organizations under the "three-community linkage" model,in order to further enrich the "three-community linkage" and "multi-community linkage" projects."The study found that the three social organizations were not only developed in the community,but also cultivated in the community.The study found that the three social organizations project is feasible and effective in promoting the cultivation work of community social organizations,and the cultivation work of community social organizations carried out by social workers fully utilizing their own advantages and the advantages of the project mechanism has achieved good results;through the exploration of the practical process,the cultivation process and mechanism with reference significance and can be promoted were summarized and summarized,and the main characteristics of the cultivation work were found to be At the same time,the researcher found the difficulties and challenges encountered by the community,social workers and social organizations in the process of cultivation in practice;finally,from the perspective of multi-governance in which the community,social workers and social organizations take joint actions to make more stakeholders take active actions,the researcher proposes some suggestions for the cultivation practice of community-based social organizations.Finally,from the perspective of multi-governance in which the community,social workers and social organizations take joint actions to make more stakeholders take active actions,some rational thoughts and suggestions are put forward for the cultivation practice of social organizations.
