"The Linkage Of Community,Social Organizations And Social Workers" In The Application Of The Low-rent House Community Service

With the development of economy and society,community residents' demand for material,culture and life is becoming more and more diverse and multi-leveled.The current situation of community governance is hard to meet the needs of community residents,and it is urgent to innovate the model of community governance.Based on the theory of social ecosystem,this study analyzes the needs of community residents and its problems,the current situation of community governance and its problems,as well.And it indicates that the introduction of "The Linkage of Community,Social Organizations and Social Workers" is extremely necessary.In community service,it applies the three agency linkage service mechanism-the community as a platform,the social organization as a channel,and the professionals as the support,and it is community-oriented and actively integrate every forces,to innovate community governance.In practice,it gives full play to the community governance power and inspires the community residents to participate in the activity.Besides it benefits the community voluntary culture and the sustainable development of community social organizations."The Linkage of Community,Social Organizations and Social Workers" works effectively in the XHY community service,it not only enhances the level of community service and satisfies the basic social needs better,but also reveals that the community service capacity has significantly improved and the residents have been enjoying the good services."The Linkage of Community,Social Organizations and Social Workers" mechanism gradually becomes mature,and the community governance level has been significantly improved.In addition,there is a breakthrough in the development of community organizations,and residents' the ability to lift themselves out of poverty has been improved.Finally,to offer a new path to promote the exploration of "The Linkage of Community,Social Organizations and Social Workers",this study is summarized and recommended from the following three aspects the government-oriented environment,need-oriented quality service,to multi-participant innovative community governance mechanism.
