Basic education has been paid more and more attention by the state and society.As a very important role in basic education,teachers have become a hot topic in people’s mouths.So the novice primary school teachers who keep pouring into schools are also getting more and more attention from society.Novice teachers bring energy to the campus,but they also face some career adjustment problems.Due to the individualization of the new teachers,the educational level and personal quality vary,and the difficulties and challenges they face vary.Therefore,it is very important to understand the difficulties of novice teachers in vocational adaptation,analyze their reasons and put forward feasible suggestions.In view of this,this thesis aims to analyze the positive and negative factors affecting the professional adaptation of Miss H in School M by means of case study,and then put forward feasible suggestions to promote the professional adaptation of novice teachers.This paper takes Miss H as the research object,uses the case study method,literature analysis method,interview method,observation method and object analysis method to deepen Miss H’s daily education teaching work,according to the interview content and the observation,describes and analyzes Miss H’s professional adaptation process from four angles.Preliminary understanding,education teaching work adaptation and growth,psychological adaptation and growth,and interpersonal relationship adaptation and growth.Based on the analysis,the negative and positive factors affecting the professional adaptation of Miss H are obtained.The negative factors include the limitation of training methods in colleges and universities and the lack of professional knowledge and skills in teachers’ education,the stress of teaching schools,the lack of training platform and promotion opportunities in teaching schools,the lack of mentorship system in teaching schools,the lack of clear career planning,the lack of clear career motivation of the subjects and the persistence and pessimism of the subjects.The positive factors mainly come from the relaxed working environment of the same group and the strong professional belief of the teachers themselves.In order to help elementary novice teachers adapt to their roles successfully and improve more novice teachers’ professional adaptability,this study puts forward some suggestions to promote novice teachers’ professional adaptation from the level of novice teachers and teaching schools respectively.There are three suggestions for novice teachers themselves.Make a good job planning,and find out career choice motivation.Strengthen basic skills and improve professional quality.Shape good character and resolve bad emotions.There are three suggestions for teaching schools.Strengthen humanistic care and guiding role adaptation.Improve the system of school mentorship.Develop a diversity teacher training project.
