| In this study,with the help of literature research and grounded theory on the characteristic elements of primary school female physical education teachers’ image,we initially prepared an evaluation scale of primary school women’s PE teachers’ image characteristics by using the questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics,based on the results of an open-ended questionnaire,gradually formed a formal scale of the dimensions of cultivate teachers’ morality,professional improvement and Standardize words and deeds,and tested the reliability and validity of the scale,a structural equation model have constructed,aiming further evaluate the current status of female PE teachers’ image characteristics in primary schools with the help of a measurement tool that compiles the image characteristics of primary schools female physical education teachers.The study concluded as follows:(1)With the help of the formal logic " genus plus species difference" definition,the concept of " female physical education teachers’ image " was defined as the teacher’s ontology and the general awareness and integrated evaluation of the public(students,relevant interest groups)about the intrinsic moral qualities and apparent explicit behaviors in this profession of female PE teachers.(2)According to the qualitative research,the three dimensions of the image characteristics of primary school female PE teachers are determined,namely cultivating teachers’ ethics,professional improvement,and standardizing words and deeds.Through the preparation of the evaluation scale of the image characteristics of primary school female physical education teachers,it concluded that the image characteristics of primary school female physical education teachers have determiner differences in descriptive statistical variables: in general,the evaluation value of cultivating teachers’ ethics is the highest,followed by standardized words and deeds,the professional promotion evaluation value is the lowest;in terms of gender differences,there was no significant difference between men and women in the evaluation of the image characteristics of PE teachers in primary schools;in terms of the participant population,there were significant differences between different groups,and the evaluation values of female primary school PE teachers in cultivating teachers’ morality,professional improvement,and standardized words and deeds were higher than those of other groups.(3)The influencing factors of the image characteristics of primary school female PE teachers are mainly composed of three parts: external drive,internal need,and emotional effect.The external drive primarily includes the existence of social stereotypes,the "marginalization" of primary school physical education teachers,the dual conflict between family and occupation,and interpersonal differences among female physical education teachers in school physical education;the intrinsic needs that affect the image characteristics of female PE teachers include the prominent advantages of personality characteristics and lower sense of professional identity.(4)It is recommended that primary school female PE teachers pay attention to their mental health and highlight the advantages of education;define the boundaries of responsibilities and reduce the intensity of teachers’ work;strengthen the professionalism of teachers and alleviate the "marginalization" of their status;clarify the role differences and form a virtuous work-family cycle;create a public image and spread positive energy. |
