Professional development of teacher has become the focus of educational reform.On the affective education under the new course innovation, numerously Chinese female top teachers have appeared in China. The mature of Chinese teachers in primary and middle school is an important component of teacher professional development. The thesis focuses on professional development of Chinese female top teachers in primary and middle school.For a long time, the study on professional development of Chinese female top teachers has been engaged enthusiastically by many researchers. From the beginning of the 1970 s, the study has drawn much attention in China. Domestic scholars research from teacher growth of quality, cycle, influence factors, the study way four aspects. Foreign scholars research from teacher, compared with that of novice teacher growth stage, the reflection after class teacher three aspects.This paper focuses on the unique community of female teachers and researches their professional development. Based on the literature study, case study, comparative study, this paper collects four famous female Chinese teachers(SiXia, YuYi, Huo Maozheng, Dou Guimei) as research objects and researches their professional development, explores their characteristics and common quality in forming their professional development. This study is important for female teachers professional development.The thesis consists of fifth parts:The first part: introduction. It points out the subject of this study, and introduces the object of study, the methods and steps, the significance of the study, research status, At last, it discusses the innovation road.The second part: summarize the Chinese female top teachers. To define concepts“Top teacher” 、 “professional development of teachers ” 、 “professional development of Chinese teachers ” 。 It analysis and sum up the literature of the domestic and foreign scholars on the top teachers research.The third part: a case study on professional development of Chinese female topteachers. SiXia 、 YuYi 、 Huo Maozheng 、 Dou Guimei as the research objiect,respectively from their education belief、the key events of growing up、educational theory to explore the growth trajectory.The forth part: summarize the common features on professional development of Chinese female top teachers. Respectively from true affection, thin, beautiful four aspects, summarizes the women there are characteristics of the Chinese female teachers.The fifth part: professional development of Chinese female top teachers mature-law study. On the basis of case-study, it summarize disciplinarian and absorb experience of top Chinese teachers professional development, which can provide other teachers reference to grow and develop. From everything for the child’s education belief 、 abundant knowledge in attracting students 、 with the selfless character impress students、dare to break the routine exploration spirit、with education critical reflection of the spirit of education make a summary.In conclusion, the thesis taking SiXia、YuYi、Huo Maozheng 、Dou Guimei as a case, research female top teacher professional development from subject. It can play an active role in implementing the new curriculum.
