Application Research On Improving The Self-efficacy Of Model Workers Under Narrative Therapy

The group of model workers is the excellent example of all walks of life during the construction of the socialist cause in China,and is the typical representative of the majority of workers.Lao is the honorary title of the laborer who has made outstanding achievements in the cause of socialist construction,after the democratic selection of the workers,the examination and approval of the relevant departments and the government.In the process of China’s revolution,construction and reform,the advanced representatives were selected in order to improve production efficiency to achieve economic goals and stimulate the people’s enthusiasm for production.The model workers themselves and the spirit of the model workers conveyed is a valuable wealth,and the spiritual connotation of the model workers is also increasingly enriched with the development of The Times.As the vanguard of promoting the development of China’s economy and society,the model workers are the representatives of advanced productive forces and play an important role in the socialist economic,political,cultural and social construction.However,with the passage of time and the emergence of generations of new model workers,the glorious deeds of their labor and dedication may be forgotten by others and themselves,resulting in their sense of honor,which makes their retirement life uncomfortable.Due to the growth of age,the group will forget their life experience,and the plight of reduced self-efficacy.This study focuses on this,based on the author’s internship experience in H City Federation of Trade Unions,combining the feasibility,subject characteristics and theoretical knowledge of the research,addressing the practical needs of the retired model,using relevant departments to understand the actual situation of the elderly model workers in H City.And through the narrative treatment,using the case work way,guide the model worker to their story narrative,help repair the deviation,resolve problem narrative,inspire positive narrative,recall has fade or forget glorious memory,once in labor line struggle,enhance self-efficacy,and on this basis to promote its continue to carry forward the spirit of labor model.This practical intervention is divided into four stages.The first stage: a preliminary narrative,to guide the research subjects to review their life experiences.The second stage:deconstruct the narrative and externalize the problem.The third stage:reshape the story of model workers’ career and improve self-efficacy.The fourth stage: to consolidate the service effect and witness the new life of the case owner.In the early and late stages of the whole study,the scale was used.Comprehensive evaluation,this practice intervention has basically achieved the expected goal,improved the self-efficacy of the service objects,and promoted them to better adapt to the elderly retirement life.Finally,we summarize and reflect on this study and prospect for future related research.The use of narrative treatment for social work intervention practice research represents the success of the narrative therapy to improve retirement model workers group self-efficacy is a positive effect,at the same time,in the study of the reflection of social work localization outlook and retired model the choice of the academic community in the theory and practice research exploration provides some attempt to explore,accumulated certain experience.
