With the rapid transformation of the social structure, the types of juvenile cases are becoming more and more complex, and solving juvenile crime problems has gradually become a hot topic of concern in China. The white paper statistics show that the number of juvenile crimes in China has rebounded, and the types of crimes are diversified.Suspected theft ranks first.Narrative therapy mode intervenes to optimize the practice of watching, nursing, helping and educating the delinquent minors.During the internship, the author participated in the nursing and teaching project for juvenile delinquents entrusted by the M District Procuratorate to the Y Social Work Service Center.Using qualitative research methods such as field research,semi-structured interview, case study, etc.,based on the participation in the nursing and teaching practice, the author interviewed and followed up several juvenile delinquents, selected the service object A3 as the research case, and applied the narrative therapy intervention model to carry out the case study. The practical research mainly includes: First, exploration: listening to the narrative, exploring problems;Second, externalization: problem externalization, reality separation;Third, exceptions: seeking exceptions and deconstructing narrative;Fourth, reconstructing:rebuilding narrative from less to more;Fifth, strengthen: witnessed by others outside. The five stages to deconstruct the old narrative of the juvenile involved in crime, and reconstruct the life meaning of the juvenile involved in crime.Summarizing the research on the practice of nursing and teaching, the following conclusions are drawn: Firstly, externalization is the basis and premise of narrative therapy practice. The study found that externalization avoids the internal tendency attribution of juvenile delinquents and enhances self-efficacy.Secondly,deconstruction is an important means of narrative therapy practice. The research found that the individual behavior of the juvenile involved in the crime was restricted by the mainstream narrative, which concealed its "merits".Through deconstructing the old narrative,it explored its exceptional events, and excavated its transformation motivation to provide rich text for the reconstruction of the new narrative framework.Thirdly, reconstructing is the core content of narrative therapy practice. The research found that the new image of the juvenile involved in the crime was explored, and the new image was interpreted to strengthen the regional story. At the same time, important others of the juvenile involved in the crime were invited to witness their growth, give them external support, and enhance their sense of self-efficacy.Fourthly,based on the theoretical perspective, the study found that the use of narrative therapy model can improve the effect of watching, helping and educating the delinquent minors.Fifthly, from the perspective of social work, the study found that the practice of watching, nursing and helping encountered professional difficulties and cooperative difficulties.Based on the practical dilemma, this paper aims to promote the comprehensive professional ability, give full play to the advantage of resource link and build a new practical logic,to promote the work of nursing and teaching the delinquent minors to a more scientific, professional and effective way of assistance.
