With the development of the "Internet+" innovative economy,more and more industrial enterprises are using the Internet as an infrastructure and implementation tool to develop their production and enhance their economic efficiency,so that a large number of network technicians are needed to maintain the safety and normal operation of the maintenance network in order to ensure the normal production of industrial enterprises.In order to adapt the training of talents to the needs of social and economic development,China has promulgated a number of vocational education policies to guide the development of vocational education,such as the "Action Plan for Quality and Excellence in Vocational Education(2020-2023)" issued by the Ministry of Education and other nine departments in September 2020,which requires "strengthening the combination of engineering and knowledge and practice,and improving the In the Opinions on Promoting the High-Quality Development of Modern Vocational Education issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council in October 2021,it is requested that " we should insist on establishing moral education,promote the integration of ideological and political education and technical skills training,design and develop curricula in accordance with the actual production and job requirements,and vigorously cultivate applied students with both moral and technical skills ".Cultivate application-oriented talents with both moral and technical skills." This study aims to provide guidance for the curriculum and teaching reform in secondary schools.This study aims to provide new ideas and approaches for the curriculum teaching reform in secondary schools and contribute a modest contribution to the development of vocational education.This paper systematically describes the practical research on the development of the school-based curriculum of Network Equipment Configuration and Management in secondary schools based on the work process.It mainly includes the following parts:In the first part,the theoretical basis of school-based curriculum development.Through literature analysis,the relevant concepts and theoretical foundations of the work process-based secondary school-based curriculum development are clarified and the research plan of the project is formulated.The second part,demand research for school-based curriculum development.Through research and analysis of the needs of enterprises,the content of the vocational skills level certificate examination,and the requirements for the interface between secondary and higher vocational courses,typical work tasks are identified.Through the research and analysis of students’ learning characteristics and the teaching status of the middlegrade "Network Equipment Configuration and Management" course,the teaching method and teaching mode are clarified.The third part,school-based curriculum development session.Based on the results of the demand research of the second part of the school-based curriculum development,the organisation of the teaching contents of the school-based curriculum,the formulation of the teaching standards of the school-based curriculum,the preparation of the school-based teaching materials,the production of digital learning resources and the design of teaching activities are completed.In the fourth part,the validation of the effectiveness of the curriculum development.A class of computer network majors in secondary school P was chosen as the experimental class to evaluate the effectiveness of the school-based curriculum by conducting a onesemester teaching practice.It has been proved that the school-based curriculum of Network Equipment Configuration and Management based on the work process can effectively cultivate students’ technical skills and professional ethics in network equipment configuration and management,and has demonstrated the effectiveness of the curriculum development.
