With the development of economic globalization and marketization,knowledge economy has become an irreversible trend in society,and academic knowledge is more and more capitalized.In the stage of graduate education,this kind of academic capitalization has gone deep into colleges and universities,impacted the traditional teacher-student relationship,and the teacher-student relationship has been affected and conflicted constantly.In different stages of graduate education development,what is the traditional standardized guidance relationship? In such a social environment,what is the alienation of guidance relationship? How is the relationship between guidance and learning alienated? Under the background of academic capitalism,what are the manifestations of the alienation of the guiding relationship? Based on the theory of teacher-student interaction,this paper analyzes what causes the alienation of guidance relationship that attracts the attention of the society? If we want to establish a harmonious guiding relationship,what levels should we deal with the alienation of guiding relationship? How can we realize the linkage of academic capitalism theory,psychological contract theory and teacher-student interaction theory and promote the harmony of learning guidance relationship? This series of problems need to be solved urgently.In order to solve these problems,this study mainly collects,arranges and analyzes a large number of documents through literature analysis,classifies the alienation of the guidance relationship,conducts a questionnaire survey on the graduate students of colleges and universities with the qualification of cultivating graduate students through the combination of online and offline investigation,describes the alienation of the guidance relationship in combination with the case analysis method,and analyzes the causes of the alienation of the guidance relationship,It also puts forward some suggestions on how to effectively manage the alienation of learning guidance relationship.Research findings:(1)The alienation of guidance relationship exists in different stages of the development of graduate education and continues to evolve,including the changes of economic relations,academic relations and interpersonal relations.(2)According to the questionnaire survey,the performance of alienation relationship can be divided into marketization of academic relationship,hollowing out of academic training,excessive emotional communication instead of academic communication.The marketization relationship includes the transformation from "guidance type" to employment type and utilitarian research purpose.The utilitarianism of research purpose is affected by many factors,such as graduate grade,tutor’s guidance style,academic guidance effect,tutor’s academic level and so on.The determination of tutor’s academic title,the determination of tutor’s academic title and other factors.The higher the mandatory tutor guidance,the less harmonious the relationship between students and tutors,the more irregular the tutor guidance arrangement,the higher the frequency,the more individual contact opportunities,the higher the degree of concern for students,and the more obvious the emotional academic communication.(3)Tutor guidance arrangement and tutor guidance frequency,tutor ethics and academic team atmosphere activity are affected by teachers’ ethics.The higher the quality of teachers’ ethics,the stronger the team leadership,the higher the team activity,the higher the satisfaction of tutor guidance,the improper management of the school’s school running concept,the lack of tutor management mechanism and the imperfect construction of teachers’ ethics,and the loopholes in the management of graduate enrollment expansion Insufficient regulation at the institutional level and insufficient atmosphere in the social environment will lead to the alienation of the guiding relationship.(4)According to the above conclusions,aiming at the types and causes of the alienation of guidance relationship,this paper puts forward effective suggestions to deal with the alienation of guidance relationship from the four levels of country,school,tutor and graduate students.At the national level,we should constantly improve the policy by improving the tutor responsibility system and supervision and assessment mechanism,increasing the autonomy of graduate student selection and guidance,and strengthening the construction of degree and graduate student management;At the school level,the alienation of guidance relationship can be reduced by strengthening the construction of teachers’ ethics,advocating the training mode of tutor team and establishing the appeal system for the protection of Postgraduates’ rights;The tutor level provides academic guidance for students by strengthening the tutor’s professional knowledge and improving the guidance ability;At the graduate level,the contradiction between guidance and learning can be solved by clarifying the research direction,straightening out the learning attitude,strengthening the awareness of independent prevention,and doing a good job of self-restraint.
