| With the rapid development of economy and society,higher education needs to provide innovative talents who can meet the needs of the times.The ability of innovation and entrepreneurship has become a necessary quality for the new generation of college students.Cultivating college students’ innovative and entrepreneurial ability is an inevitable requirement based on the fundamental mission of talent training in higher education.Its formation and development are inseparable from both the systematic training of colleges and universities and the important carrier and support of practical teaching.Integrating the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability into practical teaching is not only determined by the complementary relationship between the two,but also the basis for realizing individual free and all-round development and meeting the needs of modern human capital for talents.Therefore,it is necessary to study how to improve the practical teaching mode from the perspective of cultivating students’ innovative and entrepreneurial ability.Based on the cultivation of College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability,after fully investigating the composition of College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability and the characteristics of practical teaching mode in theory,this paper constructs the theoretical analysis framework of practical teaching mode,and puts forward that the practical teaching mode should include teaching objectives,curriculum,teaching implementation and teaching evaluation.On this basis,using the questionnaire method,this paper selects w University,which is a representative in innovation and entrepreneurship and practical teaching,as a case to reveal the problems and causes of its practical teaching mode from the perspective of innovation and entrepreneurship ability training;Through the method of case study,this paper abstracts the successful experience of practical teaching in Nanjing University and MIT.To sum up,this paper puts forward the improvement strategy of practical teaching mode based on the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability.This paper divides college students’ entrepreneurial thinking ability,entrepreneurial innovation ability and entrepreneurial practice ability into four dimensions.Through the investigation,it is found that the cultivation of College Students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability is not systematic and coherent.Starting from these problems,this paper investigates the practical teaching mode and finds that it has the problems of fuzzy teaching objectives,imbalance of practical courses,dislocation of teaching implementation and one-sided teaching evaluation.The causes are the stereotypes and shackles of traditional thought,the limitation and exclusiveness of resources,and the lack and lag of relevant systems.The ways to improve the practical teaching mode based on the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability should include: focusing on the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability as the practical teaching goal,setting courses with the main line of "teaching simulation practice expansion",enhancing the openness and flexibility of the teaching process,and improving the diversity and pertinence of the evaluation system.At the same time,we also need to build corresponding guarantee mechanisms,such as practical teaching incentive mechanism,practical resource sharing mechanism,scientific and technological achievement transformation mechanism,so as to promote the continuous improvement of practical teaching mode. |
