Tourism major is a very practical subject,so secondary vocational education in teaching students theoretical knowledge of tourism at the same time must strengthen the cultivation of students' tourism professional ability.Many current secondary vocational school of tourism professional tend to theoretical teaching,teaching mode to cultivate tourism need higher tourism vocational ability of tourism talents,thus improve secondary vocational tourism professional teaching model,based on tourism vocational secondary vocational practice teaching model of cultivating the ability for the development of secondary vocational education.This study involved in tourism vocational ability includes industry general ability,professional specific capacity and cross-industry vocational ability three aspects,this article through the form of questionnaire and interview on the current secondary vocational schools in Nanjing tourism professional insight into the present situation and problems of the tourism professional ability of students,and based on the data of questionnaire recovery of secondary vocational school students tourism vocational abilities of descriptive analysis,variance analysis and correlation analysis,data results show that the current secondary vocational students' vocational capability shortcomings of tourism in Nanjing.According to the difference analysis,students' grades,reasons for choosing majors,feelings of learning knowledge,the relationship between practical curriculum content and actual needs,teaching procedures and other aspects of the difference,will make the tourism vocational ability of secondary vocational students have significant differences.According to the correlation analysis,there is a significant positive correlation between students' vocational tourism ability and the course content,teachers' theoretical knowledge reserve,teachers' practical ability,schools' attention,practical teaching necessity and practical teaching mode satisfaction.According to the data survey results of the current situation of tourism vocational ability of secondary vocational students,it can be known that the overall level of tourism vocational ability of secondary vocational students is lower than expected.The author deeply explored the causes and found that students' vocational tourism ability would be affected by four aspects: actual objective factors,students' subjective factors,teaching internal factors and teaching external conditions.On this basis,this research from the teaching target,teaching plan,teaching methods,teaching contents,teaching evaluation and teaching guarantee teaching cause analysis,in view of the above reasons,this study based on tourism vocational secondary vocational practice teaching model of cultivating the ability of targeted put forward train of thought,mainly includes the principles of constructing the practice teaching mode,practice teaching mode,teaching objectives and specific practice teaching mode,teaching program and to build a practical teaching mode to provide the related countermeasure and the suggestion.This study is expected to provide scientific and feasible ideas for the teaching mode of secondary vocational education to improve students' vocational tourism ability and cultivate professional and skilled talents needed by the tourism industry.
