| Objective:Obesity-induced diseases have threatened the physical health of adolescents. Many studies have shown that aerobic and resistance training or a combination of both training can have a certain impact on the body composition and metabolism-related indicators of overweight and obese people. However, there are few comparative studies on the different order of aerobic training and resistance training combination on body composition and metabolism-related indicators, and the different effects on obese adolescents have not been found. The purpose of this paper is to compare the effects of aerobic training after resistance training and resistance training after aerobic training on body composition, basal metabolism and blood biochemical indexes of obese adolescents,so as to provide scientific and effective training programs and theoretical basis for obese adolescents to participate in weight loss exercise. Methods:Subjects and groups : 120 obese adolescents(9 ~ 15 years old)from Zhengzhou Peak Weight Loss 2022 Adolescents Weight Loss Summer Camp in Zhengzhou,Henan Province.120 subjects were divided into two groups : aerobic training and resistance training group(hereinafter referred to as’ aerobic group’)and resistance training and aerobic training group(hereinafter referred to as ’ aerobic group’);the aerobic group was divided into : male aerobic group and female aerobic group;the first resistance group was divided into male first resistance group and female first resistance group.(1)Experimental method : the experimental process lasted for 4 weeks(July5,2022-August 3,2022),3 times a week, all the two experimental groups exercise time every Monday,Wednesday and Friday,Beijing time 9:30~11:00(including rest and training time). Before and after four weeks of exercise intervention, the next morning in a quiet state, test body composition and metabolism-related indicators. The test indexes were body weight, basal metabolic rate, body fat rate, muscle content, visceral fat content grade, fasting blood glucose(GLU),uric acid(UA),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(CHO),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C).(2)Data analysis:All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 26.0 statistical software, and the results were expressed as mean±standard(Mean±SD).The data in the two groups before and after the experiment were analyzed by paired sample t test. The data between the two groups before and after the experiment and the data of the experimental male and female groups were analyzed by independent sample t test.Results:(1)There was no significant difference in body fat rate and visceral fat grade between the aerobic group and the resistance group(P=0.930,P=0.120).The muscle content of the resistance group was significantly higher than that of the aerobic group(P=0.007).After the experiment, there was no significant difference in body fat rate and visceral fat grade between the male aerobic group and the male resistance group(P=0.984,P=0.067).The muscle content of the male resistance group was significantly higher than that of the aerobic group(P=0.047).There was no significant difference in body fat rate and muscle content between the aerobic group and the resistance group(P=0.762,P=0.062).After the experiment, the visceral fat content of the female aerobic group was significantly lower than that of the experimental resistance group(P=0.028).After the experiment, the body fat rate, visceral fat level and muscle content of men and women were lower than those before the experiment, with a very significant difference(P=0.00).(2)There was a significant difference in basal metabolic rate between aerobic group and resistance group(P=0.001).After the experiment, the basal metabolic rate of the male aerobic group was significantly lower than that of the experimental resistance group(P=0.046).After the experiment, the basal metabolic rate of the female aerobic group was significantly lower than that of the resistance group(P=0.004).(3)There was no significant difference in GLU,UA,TG,CHO,HDL-C and LDL-C between the aerobic group and the resistance group(P=0.301,P=0.563,P=0.337,P=0.930,P=0.068,P=0.672).There was no significant difference in GLU,UA,TG,CHO and LDL-C between the aerobic group and the resistance group(P=0.359,P=0.756,P=0.756,P=0.566,P=0.719).After the experiment, the HDL-C of the male aerobic group was 1.09 mmol / L,and the resistance group was 1.22 mmol /L,with significant difference(P=0.023).There was no significant difference in GLU,UA,TG,CHO,HDL-C and LDL-C between the aerobic group and the resistance group(P=0.585,P=0.558,P=0.667,P=0.387,P=0.944,P=0.813).After the experiment, the blood glucose level, uric acid level and blood lipid level of obese adolescents were significantly lower than those before the training intervention(P=0.00).Conclusions:(1)Aerobic training combined with resistance training is helpful to improve the body composition of adolescents. Both training methods significantly reduce the body fat rate.Aerobic training before resistance training has a significant effect on reducing visceral fat,and it is more obvious for female obese adolescents.(2)Aerobic training combined with resistance training has a significant effect on basal metabolism. The training method of aerobic training after resistance training can effectively reduce the loss of muscle tissue during weight loss.(3)Aerobic training combined with resistance training is helpful to improve the blood biochemical indexes of adolescents. Both training methods can control blood glucose levels, prevent hyperuricemia and reduce dyslipidemia. |
