Research data show that the prevalence of ADHD in the world is about 10%(Hammerness,et al.2015).In recent years, the incidence rate of ADHD and the number of patient reports in China have gradually increased. The domestic scholar Tong Lian et al.(2013)analyzed the relevant literature and found that the overall incidence rate of ADHD in China is about 5.7%.ADHD is one of the common psychological problems in childhood, which is of great significance for the early detection and intervention of ADHD.With the growth of children’s age,the external salient features of ADHD will also decrease, which brings more difficulties for people to effectively identify and intervene in ADHD.Therefore, this study screened the children with hyperactivity tendencies among the first-grade students in a primary school, and prepared the corresponding psychological group counseling program for students with multiple tendencies according to the evaluation results and relevant theories and technologies.According to the results of the parents’ questionnaire and the voluntary principle,15 students were finally recruited to participate in the intervention experiment of this study. This study attempts to effectively alleviate the attention deficit, conduct problems, learning problems, hyperactivity and anxiety problems of primary school students in grade one through psychological intervention,so as to improve their mental health level, promote their comprehensive development in primary school, and lay a foundation for their good development in future study and life. This study is mainly divided into two stages: Stage 1,based on psychological evaluation and interviews, the psychological group counseling intervention program for first-grade students with hyperactivity tendencies is prepared, and the effectiveness of psychological group counseling intervention on hyperactivity is verified through the implementation of intervention. The study selected 33 hyperactive students in the form of parents’ evaluation and teachers’ evaluation, and selected 15 hyperactive students in the form of parents’ voluntary enrollment to participate in psychological group counseling and intervention. The results of the intervention study found that the average level of the TRS and PQS scales of the experimental group and the control group before the intervention study was basically the same, and the scores of the TRS and PQS scales of the members of the experimental group after the intervention study were significantly reduced. In the second stage, the parents and teachers of the students who participated in the psychological group counseling intervention were interviewed to obtain the qualitative evaluation evidence of the psychological group counseling effect of the students with hyperactivity tendency in the first stage. At this stage,10 parents and 10 teachers participated in the interview. The main purpose of the interview is to understand the specific aspects of the improvement of psychological group counseling intervention on first-grade hyperactivity students, and to provide corresponding evaluation indicators for follow-up related research. The seven-step analysis method of qualitative material analysis was used to analyze the interview data. The results showed that the specific changes of students with hyperactivity tendency before and after the intervention of psychological group counseling were reflected in classroom performance, behavior habits, emotional status, classmate relationship and parent-child relationship; There are certain differences between teachers and parents’ feedback.Parents’ evaluation and feedback mainly focus on behavior habits, while teachers’ evaluation pays more attention to classroom discipline and classroom performance. Finally, the main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The psychological group counseling designed in this study has a significant positive intervention effect on the students with hyperactivity tendency in the first grade of primary school; In the process of intervention, leaders’ ability, team cooperation, team reflection and summary have an important impact on the effective implementation of group counseling.(2)According to the summary of the observers of psychological group counseling, the improvement of this intervention activity on the students with hyperactivity tendency in grade one of primary school mainly focuses on three aspects: higher discipline, higher participation in activities and higher acceptance of game results.(3)According to the feedback from the parents and teachers of the students with hyperactivity tendency in the first grade of primary school, this psychological group counseling intervention can effectively improve the situation of students. The improvement of students mainly focuses on classroom performance, behavior habits, emotional status, classmate relationship,parent-child relationship and school adaptation.
