| The relationship between teachers and students is the most basic relationship formed in the process of education and teaching,and its development must be carried out on the basis of the ethical community communication between teachers and students.In fact,the relationship between teachers and students is a kind of ethical relationship,because both sides have their own roles and responsibilities and must follow certain social ethical norms.If it is separated from ethical values,the relationship between teachers and students is not a real relationship.The holding of the 20 th National Congress on October 20,2022,once again put forward high requirements for education."We must do a good job of education to the satisfaction of the people.We should accelerate the construction of a high-quality education system,develop quality-oriented education and promote educational equity." The core elements of education are teachers and students,and the quality of the relationship between teachers and students has a direct impact on the quality of teaching.This paper adopts the theory of the other from the perspective of ethics,analyzes the appropriateness of the theory of the other and the relationship between teachers and students in this paper under the premise of a detailed explanation of the theory of the other.Based on the theoretical thinking and framework of the other theory,this paper extracts four types of contemporary teacher-student relationship,namely,symbiotic teacher-student relationship,responsible teacher-student relationship,caring teacher-student relationship,dedication teacher-student relationship,and comprehensively analyzes the characteristics and functions of each type of teacher-student relationship.After the theoretical construction,the sample data of the teachers and students in the three stages of primary school,high school and university in K City are collected by using the design scheme of selecting representative schools,stratified and isometric sampling,and the actual verification is done,and the consistency is compared and analyzed with the four types,characteristics and functions of the teacher-student relationship constructed in this paper.The conclusion is drawn that the symbiotic teacher-student relationship is the most democratic and equal in reality,while the dedicative teacher-student relationship is the least accepted democracy and equality.Finally,the conditions of the equal teacher-student relationship and the unequal teacher-student relationship are deeply excavated and analyzed to clearly show their own views and guide correct cognition.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part is Chapter 1.This part mainly focuses on the reasons of topic selection,research purpose and significance,concept definition,domestic and foreign literature review,and finally points out the research methods and technical routes.The second part is Chapter 2 and Chapter 3.This part mainly focuses on the interpretation of the other theory,the analysis of the appropriateness of the relationship between teachers and students in this paper,and the interpretation of the ethics of teachers and students.The third part is Chapter 4,Chapter 5 and Chapter 6.This part mainly extracts four types of teacher-student relationship based on the other theory,namely,symbiotic teacher-student relationship,responsible teacher-student relationship,caring teacher-student relationship,dedication teacher-student relationship,and analyzes the characteristics and functions of each type of teacher-student relationship.The fourth part is chapter 7 and Chapter 8.This part mainly collects data through investigation,compares the recovered effective sample data with the teacher-student relationship of four types,characteristics and functions in this paper on the premise of analyzing the reliability and validity of data and analyzing the current situation of the overall dimension of real teachers and students,and draws certain conclusions,and finally clearly expresses my own views. |
