| With the rapid development of the national economy,the country’s demand for skilled talents is increasing day by day.As an important part of the national education system,vocational education plays an important role in cultivating skilled talents.As the most basic and important part of vocational education,secondary vocational education has attracted much attention.However,a series of classroom teaching problems in secondary vocational education have seriously hindered the quality of vocational education personnel training,so it is urgent to reform and improve the quality of classroom teaching in secondary vocational education.The development of information technology provides an opportunity for the teaching reform of secondary vocational education.Using information technology to improve classroom teaching problems and improve classroom teaching quality has become the breakthrough of secondary vocational education reform.Business Etiquette,as a professional core course in secondary vocational education,plays an extremely important role in cultivating students’ etiquette knowledge,skills and literacy.However,at present,there are some problems in the classroom teaching of Business Etiquette in secondary vocational schools,such as students’ low learning enthusiasm and teachers’ simple teaching methods,which lead to poor classroom teaching effect and low teaching quality.In order to improve the teaching quality of Business Etiquette in secondary vocational schools,this study attempts to integrate micro-lessons,an information-based teaching method,into the course of Business Etiquette in secondary vocational schools,aiming at innovating teachers’ teaching methods through micro-lessons,helping students to enhance their learning enthusiasm,strengthen their professional knowledge and skills,and mobilize the classroom atmosphere,thus effectively improving the effect and quality of classroom teaching.The main contents of this study can be summarized as follows: First,by collecting and sorting out the relevant literature,we understand and grasp the current situation of micro-courses research at home and abroad,and make a concrete exposition of the research purpose,research content and research ideas,on this basis,we define the relevant concepts of this study and determine the theoretical basis of this study.Then,go deep into the Business Etiquette class in GD secondary vocational school in Kunming,and conduct field research through classroom observation,questionnaire survey and interview to understand the current situation of Business Etiquette class teaching in secondary vocational schools and the application of micro-courses,analyze the existing problems and explore the advantages and feasibility of micro-courses in Business Etiquette course.Then,it expounds the design principles and specific design and development process of micro-lesson applied to the course of Business Etiquette,and takes the section of Business Card Etiquette as an example to carry out the specific micro-lesson teaching design and put it into practice.Finally,through questionnaires,interviews and tests,the application effect of micro-courses is analyzed and evaluated,and the overall design and implementation process of the research are summarized and reflected,and then the future prospects are put forward in view of the shortcomings of the research.The research results show that the application of micro-lesson in Business Etiquette course in secondary vocational schools has obviously improved students’ interest and enthusiasm in learning,made students’ understanding of etiquette knowledge and mastering etiquette skills more efficient,and improved the overall classroom atmosphere.Micro-lesson has a remarkable effect on improving classroom teaching effect and quality. |
