| The rapid development of China’s economy and the transformation and upgrading of its industrial structure demand not only quantity but also quality of labor.The labor force’s mastery of technology and skills affects the production efficiency,so the demand for vocational education is increasingly high.The degree of fit between the specialty setting of secondary vocational education and regional industrial structure affects the development of regional economy.The high degree of fit benefits the graduates of secondary vocational school and also better meet the needs of regional economy for talents,so as to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure;otherwise,it restricts the development of regional economy.At present,there is a disconnection between the specialty setting of most secondary vocational schools and the regional industrial structure,and vocational education fails to serve the development of regional economy well.The research on the degree of fit between the specialty setting of secondary vocational schools in Jilin Province and the regional industrial structure is conducive to the good development of secondary vocational education in Jilin Province and better serve the optimization and upgrading of regional industrial structure.By using the method of literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis and quantitative analysis,this paper studies the development status of secondary vocational schools in Jilin Province,the development status of industrial structure in Jilin Province,as well as the fit between the overall employment structure and industrial structure,the fit between the professional setting of secondary vocational education and the three industrial structures,and finds that there is no coordination between the employment structure and industrial structure,and the surplus of employees in the primary industry.There is a serious shortage of employees in the secondary industry and a slight imbalance in the tertiary industry.The development of the internal structure of majors in secondary vocational schools is unbalanced,the development of key popular majors is excessive,and the development of marginal majors is too slow;the scale,type and cultivation of talents of the program are not in good agreement with the needs of the industry and enterprises.Although there is a surplus of talents cultivated,it fails to meet the needs of enterprises for talents.Summarize the existing problems and analyze the causes,respectively from Jilin provincial local government,secondary vocational schools and enterprises three aspects of the corresponding optimization suggestions. |
