The Research About The Adaptability Between The Establishment Of Specialty In Secondary Vocational Schools And Industrial Structures In Jiangxi

In the report of the 19 th national congress held in October 2017,it was pointed out that priority should be given to the development of education.Deepening the integration of production and education is one of the requirements for vocational education.With the country’s emphasis on vocational education,the problem of specialty setting naturally attracts people’s attention.Theoretically speaking,secondary vocational schools cultivate technical and skilled talents for the society,and their specialties should be set up in line with the development of industrial structure and the future trend.However,at the practical level,whether the specialty settings of secondary vocational schools adapt to the regional industrial structure remains to be further analyzed.On the one hand,the theoretical basis is built by literature research method,on the other hand,the data of industrial structure and specialty setting of secondary vocational schools in Jiangxi province are collected by investigation and research method.This paper describes the status and development trend of industrial structure in Jiangxi province,the characteristics and problems of professional settings in secondary vocational schools.Analyzing the adaptability between the two from the whole and inside,the results show that the specialty setting in secondary vocational school of Jiangxi can adapt the industrial structure,but exist some problems at the same time,such as the low proportion of specialty settings in related primary industries,the insufficient matching degree between specialty settings and emerging industries,and the specialty settings in tertiary industries are generally high but internally differentiated.Next,exploring the reasons of inadaptability from the external factors such as government,education administrative departments,enterprises and internal factors such as secondary vocational school professional setting philosophy,teachers,teaching facilities and equipment.At last,this paper put forward optimization countermeasures,namely,the state updates the Professional Catalogue of Secondary Vocational Schools promptly,the government formulates the standard of allocation of funds for secondary vocational school students;secondary vocational schools change their own professional setting philosophy,establishing a system of forecasting the demand for talents,strengthening the construction of teachers and teaching facilities and so on.
