| Research objectives: In this article through the Shanghai sports college affiliated school fencing athletes take national test project,before and after the test training results to quantitative analysis,its purpose is to find the characteristics and rules,found what factors affect the technical level of fencing,to strengthen the fencing talent selection,training and put forward some valuable opinions and Suggestions.Research methods: This paper adopts the literature data method,expert interview method and mathematical statistics,and conducts special training according to the national test project.After six weeks,the fencing level test is carried out again,and it is compared with the test results of the previous competition to make statistical comparison results.The test objects were 15 fencing athletes with a high level in the competitive affiliated school of Shanghai University of Physical Education.Physical fitness test is divided into required test items and selected test items,among which 5required test items and 1 selected test item.The results are as follows:(1)The results showed a correlation between 0.266 and 0.43,both showing a significant positive correlation.In terms of the overall score,the correlation between physical special training and fencing performance was 0.41(p=0 <0.001).Therefore,physical special training and fencing performance are significantly positive correlation,and very significant.(2)The validation factor analysis result shows that the AVE is greater than 0.5and the CR value is greater than 0.7 is high;the standard load coefficient is> 0.700,so30 s flying rope skipping helps improve hand confrontation ability;30 m sprint can help sprint movement;sitting forward flexion helps improve counterattack movement;vertical jump helps to forward lunge training;3000 m running helps continuous forward and backward steps.Research conclusions :(1)Fencing has high requirements for athletes’ physical fitness,and fencing belongs to the one-to-one fighting mode.In this mode,the stable fighting ability and the stable attack speed are particularly important.Since China held the Olympic Games in 2008,China’s fencing event has been at the global leading level.However,there are still many ways to go in how to further improve the performance of Chinese fencers and become a world-class fencing power.Physical fitness is the basis of all sports.In the training process of fencing,athletes ignore the requirements of physical fitness.Therefore,this paper analyzes the importance of physical fitness in fencing,and puts forward the development countermeasures to improve the physical fitness training methods of fencers.(2)Fencing,as a confrontation sport,has different physical requirements for athletes.In order to make a breakthrough progress in training,training methods are particularly important.In order to obtain better attack and defense effect,it has great performance requirements for fencers’ cervical shoulder and back arms.In addition,fencing also needs the stability of athletes and the eyesight,endurance and energy of athletes.The improvement of these sports attributes is inseparable from the daily physical training of athletes.This paper analyzes the physical training requirements of high-level fencers,and strives to make contributions to the development of fencing in China.(3)After different training of physical training,it has an obvious effect on the maximum muscle strength.Muscle contraction improves the frequency of nerve impulse,thus activated by the nerve control muscle of a large number of motor neurons,ensure the muscle in overcome a certain load,can mobilize more movement units to participate in the completion of the process,is beneficial to improve muscle coordination,enhance the practice effect,contribute to the control of the body,increase the movement specification. |
