The educational thought of high school administrators is very important,but it is difficult for them to capture,refine or express their educational ideas.This study takes the senior high school administrators in a certain phase of the "10,000 Principal training Program" in Y Province,145 assignments of "my Educational thoughts" and one semester’s participatory observation data as research objects,based on the theory of human all-round development theory,field theory and deep learning theory,and the comprehensive use of literature,observation,interview and content analysis method.This paper analyzes the behaviors,achievements,experiences,difficulties and strategies of senior high school administrators in the training field.1.The training field for the educational thought refinement of high school administrators refers to the social space where core training activities centered on educational thought refinement are conducted.To address the low suitability with high school administrators’ characteristics,the training content should focus on topics such as education policies,teacher and student development,and school management.Additionally,training should adopt a practical approach that combines theory with the experiences and challenges faced by high school administrators.2.In the aspects of educational thought reading,communication,and writing,targeted training guidance is essential.Participants should be provided with effective reading strategies,communication opportunities,and writing skills to enhance their understanding,expression,and exchange of educational ideas.3.The outcomes of educational thought refinement by high school administrators should reflect humanistic values,cater to the needs of students,teachers,and society,and align with educational reforms.Clear and coherent writing,proper use of rhetorical devices,and structured organization of ideas should be emphasized.4.To overcome the challenges,the training team can introduce motivational incentives,provide specific guidance on reading techniques,facilitate systematic lectures,improve academic communication efficiency,offer writing support,and enhance the relevance and suitability of the training to the participants’ needs and experiences.5.In summary,targeted measures should be taken to address the issues related to the suitability of training content,lack of guidance in reading and writing,and inadequate training effectiveness.By doing so,high school administrators can enhance their educational thought refinement skills and contribute more effectively to their roles as educational leaders.
